Comfortable surroundings Mr Seamus Murphy sees me promptly and is professional and helpful

Premises are bright & airy, very comfortable & immaculately clean.
Waiting to see the consultant took longer than expected, some reading material there would’ve been good!

Two emails sent requesting an update on an awaited Utlasound appointment - no replies received.
One email complaint sent via their online 'Feedback' system - no reply received and I believed that the Kingsbridge Hospital Group would be more efficient than this but sadly not.
I will now cancel this awaited appointment which was first requested on Sept 17th and it is now October 27th.

Everyone from Reception through to nursing, anaesthesia, theatre and Recovery were professional and, most importantly, kind and friendly.

Pleasant experience because of good service and pleasant helpful staff.

Admitted for day procedure, staff very friendly, surgeon excellent. Procedure completed within 2 hours and home again, can't ask for any better service

Could not fault the consultants.
Administration work is non existant, Waiting weeks for a correct prescription as the one I recieved ws not written correctly. Then when the issue ws brough to light, "The dr. is on annual leave, we will gat back to you with the correct prescription" .

Paying good money to go private you would expect a higher level of service. This is not the case. Very long call waiting times. Very long waiting times on a reply to an email if you get one at all. Customer service is abysmal.

Dr Ronan McCann was very thorough as on the last visit and helpful and explained my options very clearly. I feel he has a genuine interest in pursuing the best outcome for me.

The place was clean staff friendly.
