The staff were lovely and so caring the whole way through the procedure. Everything explained so I knew what to expect. Really welcomed the cup of coffee and raspberry and white chocolate scone at the finish of my treatment.

Fantastic experience in ballykelly, nurses were great especially a girl Nicole, very friendly even posted my phone charger when I left it plugged in my room.

When I arrived, everybody was very attentive. I looked after me very well.

Mr McGimpsey was first class. Very professional, pleasant and did an excellent job with both eyes. Anaesthetist very pleasant and good at his job.

All nurses lovely and put me at ease right away.

Staff were polite and helpful on arrival. Dr McDonald was thorough and had a great manner giving me useful information which was very reassuring

Upon arrival I waited no more than 5/10 mins, promptly brought to the theatre. Ultrasound and guided injection was swiftly done. My consultant was very easy to talk to and explained everything.

I was seen by Dr Sharma. He was so thorough and attentive. And he listened to my problems with no judgement, and was able to provide answers for me.
The location is handy and the building was really lovely.
Would totally recommend !

Premises are bright & airy, very comfortable & immaculately clean.
Waiting to see the consultant took longer than expected, some reading material there would’ve been good!

Two emails sent requesting an update on an awaited Utlasound appointment - no replies received.
One email complaint sent via their online 'Feedback' system - no reply received and I believed that the Kingsbridge Hospital Group would be more efficient than this but sadly not.
I will now cancel this awaited appointment which was first requested on Sept 17th and it is now October 27th.
