Found this site on line searching for a net curtain rod nearly 3 metres long, this was the only site that came up with a tension rod that would fit. Took a little longer than I had hoped for to arrive, but within the timescales given on their website.
Put it up today with the additional support hooks, perfect fit, and much sturdier than the last one I had from another Company which is no longer available.

Telephone staff were very helpful.Website was great and easy to communicate through.
I have received my order and delighted.
Samples were very useful ( must remember to send them back on Monday!)

Rang on Friday & ordered Harrison-Drape-white-curtain-rails to replace what we had like for like, which I cannot source from any shop locally.....
They arrived beautifully packed very promptly on the Monday..... job done!

This is the third time I've used Justpoles and been very happy with the website, choice and quality every time. The only comment I have is, although the delivery was within the 10 to 12 days maximum delivery period, with the speed of some other sites such as Amazon, you get used to products appearing on your doorstep within days. If you build this in to your program then no complaints, and I would recommend Justpoles to anyone.

I paid £7.50 to have curtain holdbacks delivered, and it took them 9 days to deliver them. Homebase sell a very similar product for £8 - considering the holdbacks cost me £20+, I am disgusted - not to mention the poor attitude from the staff when you phone them! Will never bother again, waste of time and money.

I was looking for some curtain pole supports which I knew the manufacturer had discontinued. I asked their customer service to make sure their stocks were of the "old type" rather than the new ones. I immediately received a photo of the items in question with a tape measure so show they were the type I was looking for. After ordering they arrived as soon the post would allow. Good swift service followed by good swift delivery; what else do you need?

Although the website is relatively easy to navigate, I needed a bit of a bespoke pole. No problem, just called their sales people who sorted my request and emailed confirmation within a few minutes.
Order placed and pole and fittings received within a couple of days!

I was very impressed with the huge selection of poles. I have never seen such an extensive display and was really spoiled for choice. Donna was very helpful and even allowed me to bring samples home before making my decision.

Found website cumbersome to use. Had to seek advice, then made to return to website to order, managed to order wrong products because when you are trying to order several curtain rails you have to make sure you select the right rail, as when I checked I ordered different rails. I did seek advice and didn't find the first advice helpful, I had to go back and probe to get the information I wanted. I did not want telescopic poles and so I had to juggle my poles to ensure that if I had a telescopic pole it would join at the centre point. Also bought an extra rail to replace a telescopic rail to avoid the join being off centre but disappointed to find that the curtain rings on the 19 mm rail was not the same size as the extra rings provided for a 19 mm rail. I ended up with 3 different sizes of rings, so had to order more rings and pay extra postage.

Delivery time was quite slow.

Although informed that extension brackets were out of stock just after order was placed, whole order was still delivered in 1 week.
Very pleased with Jones Cathedral 30mm poles. Have seached for a long time to find a range with brackets long enough to let curtains clear a large window seal. Their extension brackets are ideal

Looked for specific curtain hook and found it on site. Ordered small box and charged almost 50% of order cost for postage via Royal Mail to Edinburgh.

I ordered some poles online, good prices, easy website to navigate. They were delivered just outside the timeframe given, but when I phoned, I spoke to a really helpful assistant who phoned me right back to say they were on their way.
