Good price, quick delivery and helpful staff.
My items were ordered mid afternoon and were received the next morning. The member of staff who took my order was very efficient and said that I should receive my poles within two to three working days, so I was amazed when they arrived so quickly.
I would thoroughly recommend Justpoles and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Very helpful and I was pleased with the service I received.
My first choice of tiebacks had to be returned because the colour wasn't right. I sent some fabric samples and then was able to choose a perfect item. I would deal with them again next time.

had an entire house to buy curtain poles for. initially only ordered for 2 windows to test company and was so pleased with service given by staff on the phone and the speedy delivery of well packaged quality goods that I have consequently ordered from just poles for the remainder of the windows.

Extremely helpful and efficient service with wide choice of stock
An excellent company. They sent sample curtain rings to allow me to check the colour and the order I placed shipped that day and arrived the following day. I chose very standard curtain poles but they are of fine quality and fit perfectly what I wanted. Overall I couldn't have been happier with the service provided.

Very good customer service.
We ordered some Silent Gliss poles from Just Poles recently and they were fabulous. The customer service from Donna was excellent. We needed them really quickly and our poles arrived in time to complete the fit. Our fitter could not believe how quickly they had turned the order round. I would recommend them.

Helpful and knowledgeable
I did a telephone order because I had a difficult window to sort out with a curtain pole. He was very patient with my odd explanations and in the end - I have received my delivery of just the curtain pole I wanted. Very happy - and I would go back to them again.

Fast and efficient service!
We found this website browsing through google and found exactly what we wanted easily. Ordering was quick and easy and the prices are very reasonable. I ordered the product about 5 pm and it was delivered by the next afternoon. I couldn't believe it was so quick! Thank you Justpoles!
