Great service let down by product issue
Site easy to use, great price and service very good,
Was let down by issue with product part, I was able to repair and complete the job, had no time to ask for new part, with the service they provided And this issue was not their fault. I would recommend them, and use them again.

Prompt delivery and well-packed goods !
We took a while figuring out the way the curtain clips are fixed to the rail but, once ascertained, it fiited into a curved window space perfectly.

Waste of time
Product showed signs of having been previously used and was badly scratched. For the price this is unacceptable. Customer care was helpful though and delivery was on time.

The pictures of the finials do show scratches, these have been caused by the finials actually moving in the acetate packaging and hitting of other contents.
At no point would we try to sell a product that had been previously used.
The Regency Celtic curtain poles are very good quality and normally we have no problems, but on this occasion unfortunately we have.
I can see by the records that we had the problem rectified within 48hrs, but we are sorry for the upset this may have caused.

this is the third time that I have used JUSTPOLES, the first two were for at home, a very tricky 8m window for which they gave me good advice and got the rail to me very quickly, this third time was for 5 flats, so a largish order, which arrived again within 3 days. Great service, many thanks.

I said WOW when I opened my package, a quality product that is worth the expense.
I was looking for quality tie backs to go with my silk curtains, I found this site and thought long and hard about the expense of buying 6 large tie backs before I purchased. I need not have worried because the size and quality are just what I was looking for and I was so glad that I made the decision to buy them. The large heads, the long tassels, the silky feel say it all and with excellent service too. Recommended very highly.

Best Selection of Curtain Poles and Fabrics in the North East Area!
The service at Just Sew (JustPoles) was fantastic. Donna who served us was extremely knowledgeable about the range of curtain poles available and helpful with her suggestions and ideas.
The order placed came very quickly and the poles we received are of an excellent quality.
