Avoid this courier – absolutely appalling service

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with J&T Express. My parcel has been delayed for an entire month, with very little useful information or communication throughout.

Now, after repeatedly chasing the parcel and even raising complaints with Temu and Resolver, the tracking suddenly states that delivery failed because of an “incorrect or incomplete address”. My address is correct, so this explanation makes no sense. I also apparently had a delivery attempt made after 10pm at night, which is completely unacceptable for a residential delivery.

What makes the situation even worse is that there is seemingly no way to actually contact J&T Express.

Their phone number is practically useless. You are forced to select an option, but the system doesn’t recognise the prompts and simply hangs up. The live-agent chat is no better - it constantly says that agents are busy, leaving you unable to speak to anyone. I also tried emailing them, only for the email to come back as undelivered.

So you have a delayed parcel, no meaningful tracking information, and every available method of contacting the company fails.

A courier company should at the very least provide customers with a functioning way to contact them when something goes wrong. This has been incredibly frustrating and a complete failure of customer service.

Would not recommend. If i could take them to court i would without hesitating. This company should not be accepted with any partnerships or brands working with them.

The worst courier ever. Trying to get a call back from a manager is less believable than Jesus turning water into wine. They hung up on me 20 times when I tried to escalate the matter.

Parcel meant to be delivered by 31Jul, heard nothing from them till today which is 13Aug and another one meant to be delivered today but still says “distribution centre”

Wonder how big their distribution centre is, keeping every single parcel in there for weeks and weeks without having the intention to deliver them?

It meant to be a delivery company not storage company, right?

The very worst 'courier' of all time. I was expecting a parcel it said it had been delivered and sent me photos of proof of delivery. These were of the courier sat in his van holding my parcel. I called the company and they looked and had to admit it was him in his van. So he had stolen my parcel. It appears that's what this company do they get parcels from shops and don't deliver but steal them. I won't be using any business in future that use these thieves.

ZERO STAR. Dont let this company put you off temu. Temu parcel arrived in UK on the 2nd aug went through a couple of j&t hubs on the 2nd and has still not been delivered, i have spoken to j&t customer services (yes if you ring them and speak to someone) on 3 occasions, the first 2 times they said they still had it in the warehouse and it would be delivered the next day (6th and 8th) then they changed their mind on the 10th and said they tried to deliver but it was a business address but it was closed, yes my business is registered at my address but it is still a house with a number on the front door and on the gate and it is never closed and I was in all day that day, just some info for people, when you place an order from temu you can choose the shipping company on the checkout page, its a small tab just above the breakdown of the costs, DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS

Said package wasn’t delivered due to an incomplete/inncorrect address. I went and checked and my address was correct they just couldn’t be bothered to find the house

No update for days on my Temu parcel. Made it safely and quickly to the UK all the way from China, but since being handed over to J&T days ago there has been zero movement. Tracking keeps saying its 'on its way to next destination' but no detail about exactly where and customer services are literally non-existent. Parcel was full of birthday decorations for my son's 10th birthday, and they wont be here on time for it so contents of package will be absolutely useless by the time it arrives. Very disappointed! Has really put me off of ordering again from Temu in future.

This is a zero star rating.

Parcel says delivered but I have no parcel.
Proof of delivery says signed but not by me.
If he left it on my step then it's gone... my front step in a tower block is not a safe place

They appear to have lost my parcel and there is never anyone manning their support chat so I can contact them about it.

Never use this terrible company. Had an email saying they couldn’t deliver to me because they “couldn’t get in touch” and attached a picture of my front door. Never knocked on despite standing right there, i was sat next to my front door. How about you try knocking on my door instead of walking off after apparently you “couldn’t get in touch” which you never even tried to do in the first place. Customer service just keep saying they’ll deliver the next day, which never comes. I’m still waiting 3 days later. Completely avoid this terrible delivery company at all costs

Edit: i’m still waiting for you to redeliver my parcel 8 days later. You had it out for delivery yesterday and somehow still managed to not deliver it. This company is full of moronic people who can’t do their job at all. Straight up abysmal company

Illegal delivery service 😂. Should be banned in the uk.

This company is a joke I orded from temu it took from order to landing at a center in derby 2/3 days and it’s now been in derby from 7th august it’s now 12 midday so no delivery so it’s took double the time nearly tripple time to get from derby to West Yorkshire and to make matters worse I don’t know if temu are lieing to save face or j&t have lied but there saying they already tryed to deliver which I know is a lie because I work from home in the front room which is right at side of the door and you carnt even get into wit j&t always too busy all day everyday I would give minus but carnt if temu carry on using these lot I’m not buying from them again there that bad

Absolutely load of shit, picture of driver holding parcel in his hands but never delivered even though there was 7 people in the house and a ring doorbell but nothing, no calling card no parcel an not left with any neighbours, just a tracking number saying delivered, absolute joke , avoid like the plague even worse than Evri 🤬

My Temu courier is normally Evri or Royal Mail. My last two orders have been sent with J&T Express. Both have gone missing.

Who even are these people?

Appalling. My parcel was left on the step next to the street instead of with neighbours who were in. Ended up stolen. The same day we had a parcel dumped on our step "delivered" by this company which was for someone at an address almost a mile away. No response from the company about either of these issues. Worst delivery firm ever!

Worst, expect your parcel not to be delivered.

Also, beware they are scamming you!

I have ordered many times with Temu, but this delivery service does not update the status, is not reachable and does not deliver. The order has not been delivered.

On top of that, since talking once to their chat and giving them my phone number, I have received many calls detected on my android as scam.

It is unbelievable that Temu has contracted a scam.

Appalling company. Recieved notification of parcel delivery, not at my address. Picture sent was not my house. Tried to contact the company. No joy number not recognised, then lines all busy, try again. Ridiculous.

The worst delivery service! Where they left parcel only they know! I didn't get my parcel delivered! As a proof they took a picture of the parcel in a dirty place! If I can give - number it would be less!

I would give no stars if i could. My parcel never arrived on time so i tried to track it with no success. Tried to phone then live chat but always busy. Now they have said it has been delivered but not to me !!. Please do not use these couriers they are a waste of time.
