They haven’t been too but today I just don’t feel comfortable, a delivery driver has let themselves into back garden, the back gate was locked and walked all the way up to the back of my house to put a parcel in an outside storage box that’s right outside my back door. Which would have also been unlocked, feel very unsafe!

Absolutely AWFUL COMPANY
I was expecting ten Vinted parcels to the same relay shop after 3 weeks got emails saying they where being returned to sender, then had a very suspicious call from Relay on WhatsApp saying that all ten of my parcels are missing from a van that was found empty and the courier driver could not be found, he wanted me to tell him the total value of my orders (roughly £110) and said they would offered £290 compensation !! At that point I hung up and will let Vinted deal with it

They texted me saying my parcel was 2 stops away I stayed outside waiting and no delivered. Then, on their site the update saying: delivery unsuccessful (they didn’t even tried to delivery) and reschedule like, ????

No care whatsoever for customer care. Rubbish service I stayed up till 11pm waiting for my delivery as they said your delivery is 4 stops away at 10pm. Nothing then a notice came up delivery can’t be made. No explanation no sorry we will deliver next day nothing. So I got untouch with so called customer service well we will deliver it tomorrow did it come did it he’ll. so got back in touch we won’t be delivering your parcel tomorrow you will have to wait. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t use them there crap.

Really unprofessional. Unable to get the door due to chemotherapy recovery and driver with a neighbours parcel rang the bell 3 times and then persisted to bang the door and letterbox till came down.

Put my small parcel in next doors post box , no one lives there at present so not sure how I’m going to get that back. I was in so just delivered to wrong number can’t even read the address properly

Received notification that parcel was at pickup point but it never arrived. Zero reply from customer service. Worst delivery provider out there

go into vinted delivery settings and un check Relay , do not use . Worst company ever they have lost 5 of my parcels totalling over £300

Awful company! Can't do there job. Sent me wrong parcel. Absolute joke and took weeks !

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. They keep delivering to the wrong address. I’ve never had a parcel delivered properly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Were supposed to deliver a parcel with instructions to leave in my enclosed porch. But no it came back as a failed Delivery attempt. Was then scheduled for another delivery and it never turned up. Absolute rubbish. I have reported this company to both companies House and trading standards. This piece of crap "business" needs shutting down immediately.

Sent a parcel through vinted, customers choice, no notification of the parcel being delivered/collected from the shop. Item went missing after complaining to the shop I dropped it too, suddenly got a notification. Parcel arrived to customer not the item I sent or in the packaging I sent it in. Con artists stealing parcels, worst than Evri

Shocking - order from Vinted was 2 weeks late and then suddenly got returned to the seller with no comms between. AVOID

Advise against using this service. Tracking system doesnt update like other similar services. Ordered an item 10 days ago which has now gone missing and tracking isn't being updated. Contacted customer services who sent out a generic email to say someone is looking into it and will be in touch in 3 days. 5 days have passed and just received the exact same generic email from them again today to say someone is looking into it and will be in touch in 3 days. This is a service that needs a lot of improvement before using.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Have 4 parcels due by these chumps all sent nearly 3 weeks ago via various vinted sellers!! 3 bloody weeks and all still sat in transit! Customer service if you can call it that are well non existent I'd get more help from a dog turd! They say can take up to a MONTH .. a month for a parcel delivery absolutely shocking!
If you value your item then DO NOT use these clowns

I have unfortunately just read multiple bad reviews about Relay which gives me little hope that my Vinted parcel containing a £220 bag will ever be found.
The service looked promising with lots of updates . I arrived home from work to no parcel, when I looked at the photo evidence it appeared to have been dropped of at a disused property with an empty defibrillator outside ! I have tried multiple times to reach Relay with no response as yet

I would absolutely not recommend. Do not bother. They lose parcels ALL the time. They’ve lost two in the space of one week. That’s ridiculous!

The worst delivery company in the UK. On a 1st occasion they changed my collection point without asking me which alternative collection point I prefer, so they selected the one which is 40 mins away. On a 2nd occasion they delivered the parcel to a collection point despite me leaving safe storage instruction. The 3rd occasion was the same as the latter.

I come from Ukraine, and we next day delivery despite the country being at war and being larger than the UK. What a disgrace to Relay.

Wouldn't let me update delivery address even though it wasn't out for delivery yet. Said I could opt to have it sent back to ASOS. If you can redirect it back to ASOS, you should be able to redirect it to my new address. Other delivery companies let you choose alternative options like 'deliver to nearby post office, shop, pick-up location', etc.
