I cannot express the disappointment and disgust at the service. THREE of my orders have been lost by relay. My address is easy to find. I have never had any problems until Relay were used. All 3 of my packages have been delivered to random addresses. DO NOT USE THEM

Have had 3 deliveries in the past few weeks. In each case the driver was seen to be wandering round by our back gates (a completely different address), despite having our correct address and a photo of our very obvious large front gates with post box attached. They need to employ drivers who can read!! Only got my parcels as they were seen by neighbours wandering round! Definitely wouldnt recommend!!

Badly damaged boxes. Driver didnt bother to knock on door. Wouldnt use through choice but this was via Amazon.

Parcel not updated, a week late, it's an item that is unique. No response from customer services. Wont be using again.

Don't be lured by the low prices as Relay are shockingly bad. A parcel sent via Vinted has now taken 12 days and counting with no movement on the tracking page and no updates when you enquire, merely informed it's "delayed". Emails receive no replies and the chat function on the website seems to have been disabled too. This is my second experience with Relay.. one as a sender and one as a receiver, both negative. I will not use these again.

Absolutely rubbish. Keep losing parcels and marking tracking as "delayed" I wish Temu wouldn't use these.

Relay are awful. My last 2 experiences with them has been I get a QR code to collect my parcel only to be told by the shop it’s not there! Then get another QR code to collect it ? How can I collect it when it’s not there?
The system obviously doesn’t work or the delivery men are giving out collection information wrong. Either way they are terrible.

Delivery driver came to the house and instead of knocking or ringing the door bell, opened our front door wide open then slammed it shut, we thought we were being broken into, door unlocked cos I had just come back. Very horrible and no complaint system for Relay? Wtf

Terrible. No updates or whatsoever, parcel's been sitting with them for weeks and no one's responding!

Rubbish. They lost 3 of my parcels I sent in the last couple of months. Would not recommend. Very disappointing.

Why do you give the same time 10.35am - 2.35pm for a delivery and then deliver the parcel 5 hours later. It happens every time, same time, same message but never arrives at these times.
I wish ASOS would stop using your company.

If your unfortunate enough to have a parcel with relay, expect for it not to arrive.

I have had 3 parcels with relay and 2 never made it to me, there is no way of speaking to anyone at relay, just an online form that promises a reply within 72 hours which dosnt happen!!

What’s the point in paying extra to get a parcel delivered to my home address when they deliver it to the last known pick up point. Impossible to get hold of anyone to dispute this.

Ordered an item off Vinted and only paid £1.20 for delivery. Read review’s for Relay and wasn’t hopeful for item arriving. Parcel arrived and collected. I’m chuffed it come, took a little longer then other carriers but I have me parcel!

Horrible. Despite of requesting to deliver my parcel to the concierge, 3 times, parcel was left in the public entrance, over 200 apartments and various notices to do leave any parcels in the area. Useless company. Never again.

I never have a problem with any of the other delivery companies
My buyer received an entirely different parcel to the one I sent
The owner of the shop has said that others have had the same problem

Left a parcel on my doorstep in clear view of passers-by DESPITE very clearly articulated instructions NOT to leave on the doorstep, behind the bin, or anywhere else unattended, but to hand to the designated neighbour.

This is my second bad experience in almost as many deliveries from this company, so I will definitely be seeking out retailers who DON’T use RELAY in future.

Horrendous!!!!
Waiting for my parcel to be picked up,
Now it’s been 8 days but the shop won’t give it back as he won’t get payed and keeps saying next day.
Going to check again tonight , if it hasn’t gone I’m going to cancel….
Then hopefully send myself

Your delivery driver got out car didn't knock on door or ring bell i seen this for myself i even shouted from window said he didn't see bell this second text he has done this

Relay part2/ so say attempted delivery 5 times . Rubbish home every time + camera focused on gate .They say they are sending it back to seller well that's china .they could not deliver to me in Bristol let alone china
