If I could give it a 0 I would. But that’s impossible. All the tech gear no idea it seems. No human in sight to speak to about the utterly poor service it provides. Direct your issues to the people who run it, Jonathan Jenssen and Nicole Mazza you can find them on LinkedIn and other places online so surely they will have some answers to reimburse all sellers and buyers who have fallen foul of the so called service provided! God awful. I shan’t use them again neither will I use any company that uses them to deliver parcels.

Worst shipping company in UK. They got my order since 4days and not yet getting them over to me
No delivery - and no way to speak to anyone
Waiting for a next day delivery from TOPSHOP - they have used Relay for delivery. Did not come next day - 3 days later no update and no way to notify Topshop or properly get through to Relay. Have emailed. Lets see, but wont get my parcel in time for the trip I ordered them for.

Can’t stress enough how bad this company is. Am awaiting four separate parcels and they are taking forever!!!! Four is not isolated. It’s not one is a bit delayed. It’s ALL of them. Will never be using again. Beyond bad. At this point I’m not even expecting them to turn up. The tracking is also terrible and don’t even bother contacting. Pointless company. They make Royal Mail look first class!

Both collected a day apart, both still not delivered. In the meantime I ordered another using inpost. That's here even though ordered a day later. I wish I'd have read these reviews before ordering. My advice would be don't be tempted.

I thought I’d try it on Vinted as it was advertised as 2-4 day service, the quickest and cheapest option. The parcel I ordered the next week came with impost quicker than this did; this relay parcel still hasn’t arrived. There is no sense of urgency in the face of a delayed parcel.
Stay away from this company if you care about punctuality, safety, and efficiency. Not worth the ever so slight cost saving

I know many people have given this company only one star, but my experience of them today (the first time used) is that they were very good, top marks.
Excellent tracking, and the delivery fellow was very polite and respectful, which I like very much in these times of 'couldn't-care-less' attitudes.
Perhaps the one-star reviews are to do with local problems, but all I can say is that in my locality, the service couldn't have been better.

Attempted parcel delivery on the 7th I missed this. No attempt since. I received a message on Saturday 9th stating it will update me within 48hours to let me know where my parcel is - no response.
Emailed Monday 11th - no response.
Emailed Tuesday 12th - no response.
No other way of contacting this company. Terrible.

Terrible delivery experience from Relay. My parcel was marked as delivered to a collection point, but when I arrived, the staff refused to hand it over and simply told me to come back later. Relay’s customer support then responded with useless automated messages instead of addressing the actual issue.
Customers should not have to chase parcels, waste time returning multiple times, or deal with rude collection points after receiving a delivery notification. The entire process felt disorganised, unprofessional, and frustrating from start to finish.
Very poor communication and disappointing service overall.

I'am extremely unhappy with the handling of my delivery.
The parcel was left outside the building without any attempt to buzz my flat or contact me. On top of that, the main entrance door is not closing properly and it's pretty obvious as it was open.
The package was left completely unsecured and at risk of being stolen.
This is not an acceptable way to deliver a parcel. A basic attempt to ring the buzzer should have been made before leaving it outside. Leaving deliveries unattended in an insecure entrance area is careless and irresponsible.
Also the way photo the driver took was completely misleading as he didn't at all put the open door in the frame
This is honestly one of the worst delivery services I have experienced.
I do not understand how a delivery can be marked as completed without making the most basic effort to contact the recipient first.

Useless. First time I have been expecting a parcel from relay. Waited in all afternoon and gate open. Parcel was not attempted to be delivered was just marked as undelivered. Things needed for a holiday absolute Joke!

Poor service. No update for days. If you want to contact them you can only do it by email and the response times are awful. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Awful delivery service. If I could I would rate this a zero. No updates on my orders and even had one go missing and never turned up. As soon as I see any orders are assigned to Relay on my vinted purchases I genuinely wonder if it will ever get to me. I'd choose Evri all day.

I am not sure why there is lots of 1 star review here but i am using them on regular basis and drivers in my area always good and calm and also relay process 1000s of parcels a day
