Absolutely first class service from Chris Thomson when buying my car from JC Select Stirling. Bought remotely and Chris couldn't have been more helpful sending emails and videos and dealing with every little query I had superbly. Collected my new RS5 for Chris on Saturday we made the journey up from Newcastle and to say the least the transition was effortless on my behalf Chris had done all the work ready for me arriving after battling the snow on the travel up which took longer than expect Chris even come in on his day off to ensure the handover took place. Can’t recommend him any higher will look to do business again.

Chris made the process of buying a new car simple, clear and concise.

Phoned john clark to ask if a car on their website was still available, salesman told me it was, i was there an hour and a half later to be informed they had sold the car yesterday. Appalling waste of time.

Sold a car Mercedes GLC coupe, all features the car were sold with are about to expire, ZERO response from dealership. Will be almost 1000 out of pocket to keep features that I was told the car had as standard.

I’d been looking for a car for months and struggled to find my perfect fit. I came across one being sold by JC Select Stirling and enquired about it.

I live in West Yorkshire and was unable to attend the showroom to view the vehicle but Gordon at JC Select supported me with the most top tier customer service I have ever experienced.

He listened, supported, provided regular updates, numerous videos detailing all elements of the car, aided a fast dispatch / delivery to my home address and even helped me tax the vehicle so I could drive it as soon as it arrived.

Honestly, I’m blown away by this company and its staff. Everyone who I spoke with was willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare these days to come across an organisation that truly has customer service as one of its core values, and it is clear that this one very much does!

The customer service was excellent and everything was a breeze

We purchased a car from this branch (John Clark Select Stirling,Whins of Milton, Stirling, FK7 8HQ) in May this year.
Within less than a month time, the break has been making scrapping noises, particularly bad when going through drive-thru.

I contacted the branch straight away and I was told they would get someone to contact me (this was about the beginning of June). I waited for about a week, no one had phoned be back.

I then contacted the branch again and I was told again, they would get someone to call me back because their staff was not available at that time. Again, no one had phoned me back.

I then contacted the sale man Gordon, who we purchased the car with via phone, he told us he would get someone to call me back. Again, no one had phoned me back!!! (this was in June)

I then emailed Gordon on July and September regarding this issue. Again, no reply !!!!!

Please do not purchase anything from this company, as soon as you drive the car away. Any issue your have, they will just ignore you!!!!!

We still have not had any contact from them. It has been almost 5 months!!

Great service from Gordon, made sure our needs was taken car off with the budget we had. The boys love the extra space.
