From our first meeting whilst in the showroom perusing the vehicles on display, Gordon was knowledgeable, not the usual pushy type salesman that generally puts me off. Once a decision was made to purchase, Gordon oversaw the transition in a smooth, professional manner. This was the best car dealership experience I have had.

Last month we went here to look at Land Rovers at Pentland -Whins of Milton and they suggested we could trade in our BMW ( previously owned by an elderly relative from new with only 27K in mileage )
Their in house mechanic looked at it for 30mins and advised they’d take it off our hands for £2000 less than we were quoted by WeBuyAnyCar. Com with a condition that when they investigated our car further they may need to drop their offer price if there were issues and it would cost us more to buy their vehicle. We were advised that he found a “rumbling noise “ when starting the engine that it should not be there and it could be a major issue and potentially unsafe but they’d still would take it off our hands probably for a lower price. We said we will get BMW to investigate however he said we shouldn’t take for a service at BMW as it would cost too much money and he knew as he previously worked for BMW.
After leaving we got a full service by BMW and have been told since the car is in perfect health , perfect condition and no safety issues whatsoever. We had never heard this “rumbling “noise before or since being at Pentland Motors that day.
I have no idea what was going on or what was done to my car except I am very suspicious that we were about to get fleeced and taken advantage of.
To leave a car dealership thinking my car which I use for my child was some sort of death trap with major issues is out of order.
Please think twice about dealing with these people.

I was looking to buy an Audi car and had been looking for a while I saw the one I purchased at John Clarke. From the moment of contact with the garage I have to say customer service was excellent. Chris from sales was really helpful sent a video of the car when I visited garage in person to test drive again his customer service was excellent. I am really happy with my car and would highly recommend this company.

Dealt with Chris Thomson who was excellent from the off. Received a friendly and professional service from Chris who always answered questions and emails straight away, and also took time out from his day off to make sure my purchase was smooth as possible. Cannot fault the service I have received from Chris and John Clark in Stirling.

Recently purchased a 21 plate land rover from Pentland land rover Stirling in December , Salesman Mark Ramage.
After initially viewing in Stirling I noticed a few small marks which i was told would be sorted before delivery.
It was delivered with the marks still visible and untouched.
I then had to return vehicle to be rectified at great inconvenience to myself as I stay around 50 miles away.
After vehicle was returned the parcel shelf was missing and was told it was mislaid by valeters & promised a new one( still waiting 5/6 weeks later.
Engine management came on and had Land rover assist inspect the vehicle to be told there was 4 outstanding recalls.
After sending emails & phone calls to speak to Mark Ramage and constantly being told he is with a customer(always busy !!) and still no return calls.
I would not recommend buying from Land rover Stirling and especially do not deal with mark Ramage
Still waiting on recalls being dealt with & delivery of parcel shelf.
As soon as you take delivery of vehicle the customer service is non existent
a 21 plate vehicle at that price should never have left the garage with outstanding issues
Also I kept asking at least 5 times for my warranty terms to be emailed for my years warranty ,
STILL WAITING
After purchasing previous cars from Vardys & Arnold Clark who both had excellent customer service & after sales i would strongly recommend staying away from this company especially MARK RAMAGE

No ya walloper, i was there to look at a car! Extremely poor first impression which means i will never be back

Gordon was really helpful with guiding me through the finance process of getting a new car for the first time, and made everything very stressfree and easy to understand. They all made sure that the car was checked and serviced before I got it, and there was great plans in place to keep the car in good shape while under finance.

Reserved car online then went to view.
Chris Thomson kept in contact with me the whole time even picked me up from the railway station when I travelled to collect the car.
