JJ Roofing and Sterlingbuild have been absolutely fantastic throughout my house renovation.
After a contractor damaged and lost several parts while installing two roof-light windows, Elena and Helen went above and beyond to help me put everything right. They contacted suppliers, identified and sourced the correct parts, sent helpful diagrams and responded incredibly quickly - usually within 24 hours.
Everything I’ve ordered has been dispatched promptly, and when there was a delivery issue, they sorted it out immediately and without any fuss.
Elena and Helen are consistently kind, responsive and genuinely helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. JJ Roofing will always be my first choice for anything roofing- or window-related - I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Ordered 40 coping stones
Ordered 40 coping stones, 4 weeks later still no sign of delivery. Not once has anyone from JJ roofing contacted to confirm any details of order or delivery. I have called 5 times. Initially told would be 1-2 weeks for delivery. Come on JJ roofing, this service is not good enough. I have an extensive home renovation project where i have been ordering many items from a wide range of suppliers. This is hands down the worst experience.

As these products are made to order, lead times are dependent on factors such as production schedules, quality control processes, and transport availability. For this reason, all delivery timeframes provided are estimated guidelines rather than guaranteed dates.

Ordered loft ladders wrong ones delivered returned, then sent wrong ones again took 3 times to deliver the correct ones.
Customer service was good and replied, looks like a internal coding error but ment I had to order stock elsewhere as I ran pit of time .
