Very good service when cashing in on my…

Very good service when cashing in on my camera equipment. Only issue was I had to chase to arrange collection via email after a few days of doing quote, as the selection of collection day on he website form didn’t seem to trigger anything for the collection. But once arranged all very swiftly handled.

Expert advice and brilliant service!

I recently part exchanged some camera gear in store in the Shrewsbury store. I’d been looking to change my gear for some time and had visited the store several times and Sam was incredibly helpful with showing me different cameras and offering useful advice. During the part exchange process Max was also really helpful and I felt that he valued me as a customer. It was a pleasure to be able to discuss everything with a team of people in store rather than online. I really appreciate all their efforts and I love my new gear.

Nikon Z50II

Your website lied when it indicated the camera kit I wanted was in store. I had to buy from your web site. A member of the shop staff gave me a demonstration of the camera. DPD's email said 9/2 but delivered 7/2. Well, that was a surprise!
Four stars for having to buy on line.

Good service but unnecessary and expensive packaging

Good service ordering and swift delivery from Jessops.
However, the item was a flat package about the size of a small greetings card that would easily have been posted cheaply and gone through a letterbox. Instead it was in an unnecessary large box delivered by DPD costing £4.49 with no option for safe place and left out in the weather. Fortunately fine just at that time! Ridiculous.

Our pin delivery service is set up to ensure our orders are delivered in the most secure and safe way possible to safeguard our customer's parcels. We appreciate this may seem less relevant for your particular value of package however we specialise in high value cameras and technology therefore ensuring every delivery is delivered securely is very important to us. I am afraid the pin service does not allow for any packages to be delivered through the letterbox though.

Excellent trade-in price and support!

The support team replied to my email promptly when I enquired about collection for my camera equipment I was trading in. They were very polite and helpful and arranged collection for me at a time that best suited me. Once inspected, the price offered was the same as what I was quoted which was over £150 more than any other trade-in service offered by competitors! I am very pleased and would definitely use Jessops in the future for future trade-ins.

Very easy to deal with this very fair…

Very easy to deal with this very fair and trusted company. All initial valuations of my equipment were met bar one, but the experts discovered a problem with one lens, which was unacceptable and I was given the option to have it returned or recycled which is the option I chose because I could not in all honestly sell it.

Price no better than any other similar…

Price no better than any other similar site. Very slow to assess equipment once sent. Well over 2 weeks to payment after goods received.

It's a great store

It's a great store, the only 2 things I found slightly unprofessional is, the procedure, every customer should get a physical receipt, not only on email, after all, these gadgets can cost thousands of pounds, I think customers need better reassurance when they send/drop their items.

Great service we'll pleased with the product fast delivery

I was unsure about spending a fair amount of money on a pair of binoculars that I hadn't seen and what I know about binoculars you could write on the back of a postage stamp and still have room for my name and address but having spoke to your very knowledgeable and helpful representative he soon put me right I had no qualms about purchasing the pair he recommended (and not the most expensive may I had). I didn't have to wait to long either within 24hrs I received them well packaged and more than pleased with the quality exactly what I needed. Would definitely use jessops again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. I wished more company's were like you. I am more than pleased with the product I purchased I wish your company all the best for the future you deserve to do well once again thank you for a very fine service.
