Outstanding service from Sam and store manager Pranav at Jessops on Oxford Street
I was trying to find solar eclipse glasses when they were selling out everywhere, and Sam went completely above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind and attentive, kept me updated and made sure I managed to get a pair!
When I collected them, Pranav was equally brilliant. He was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed.

Abysmal customer and despatch experience
Easy to order and pay, but dispatch and follow up was abysmal. I order 4 filters, I heard nothing about a delivery forecast, I chased it up only to be told that one of the filters has still not arrived... I asked for thd three they had in stock to be delivered, they arrived eventually, I called to ask for an update, they said it was in their warehouse and would be despatched soon ... I chased it up again only to be told its STILL in warehouse and would be despatched next week.... I cancelled the order ... very poor customer service especially after I had to chase them up .... won't buy from them again.

Placed an order for a drone and paid…
Placed an order for a drone and paid for it then were told it was out of stock and will send when in stock that was 2 months ago I found out this drone had been discontinued a mounts or so ago when I emailed them today they said they only had just found out yesterday also they advertised it as a pro drone but only was going to send a none pro drone
Very bad customer care response, just to make a point jessops still say it was not the pro advertised here it is you can’t deny it

Thank you for your feedback.
When your order was placed, the DJI Mini 3 was shown on our website as “Available to order – awaiting stock”. This means that the item was not in stock at the time of purchase and was awaiting further stock from our supplier. While we appreciate that the length of the wait has been frustrating, we did not indicate that the item would be available sooner.
We would also like to clarify that the product ordered was a DJI Mini 3, rather than the DJI Mini 3 Pro. The order confirmation and product purchased were for the Mini 3, so we would not have expected a Pro model to be supplied.
We appreciate that the delay was disappointing, and we apologise for the frustration this has caused. However, we hope this clarifies that the product was correctly advertised and that the order was placed for the Mini 3, with the stock status indicating that it was awaiting availability.

I received my eclipse glasses on time…
I received my eclipse glasses on time and provided the necessary protection for my eyes during the partial eclipse. The eclipse was successfully observed using the Jessops filter glasses.
