The experience was great. Just hope that they can keep more accurate ETA rather than an all day appointment but the they did manage to fit me in AM appointment. I’ll book them back next year if the price is same. Cheers

We’re sorry to hear about the incident you describe. The safety of the public is extremely important to us, and we take any report concerning the conduct of our drivers very seriously.
Following your review, we carried out a thorough investigation using our engineer schedules and vehicle tracking records. Based on this investigation, we have been unable to identify any JB Heating Services vehicle that was travelling on or near the A417 in Gloucester at around 06:40 on the date you mention.
It’s possible that another vehicle has been mistaken for one of ours. If you believe the vehicle was operated by JB Heating Services, we’d be grateful if you could contact us directly with any additional information, such as the vehicle registration, a photograph, or any other identifying details. We will gladly investigate further.
At present, we have not been able to verify that this incident involved our business.
