had a leak in the floor in my conservatory, found the leak had to get the fittings from the store in my time. fixed the leak no problems. just found it was a bit expensive but as i said fixed the leak. well played

Having used Richard for previous jobs, I asked him for help with a blocked kitchen drain. He was unable to come out on the day, but assisted me in rectifying the issue over the phone. Top man!!

Got a call a few minutes of posting the service request online, Richard suggested to try to fix the boiler issue over video call, and the issue was fixed in a matter of minutes. Very professional and reliable engineer. Thank you.

Needed an urgent job done while fitting a kitchen. Richard arranged to come out the following day. He wasn't able to make it with other work, but he kept me informed and sent out a colleague (Josh) instead, who have up his Friday evening to help me. Job was done and we got the kitchen in, just in time to move into our new home. Very pleased with the service and communication. Would certainly use these guys again.

Richard was great to deal with and jumped on the job needed straight away for us, which was greatly appreciated due to the job at hand.
Very clean and no mess left after the job unlike some others I've dealt with in the past.

Richard replied promptly to my request for help with urgent disconnection of an old gas fire.We arranged a date and time for him to do the work, and he arrived on time( not like some plumber's). He quickly assessed what needed doing, told me exactly what he was going to do. He did a super job, no fuss no mess. Afterwards he took me through what he had done, made sure I was happy with the work. Richard was a nice friendly guy, and I would have no hesitation in using him again.

At first richard came round quoted the work required and I was happy with what we had discussed. He said he would be starting the following week. The day comes that he is due to start. Only to find its a young lad called josh who works for him doing the job this wasnt an issue as josh seemed a perfectly competent plumber. So we went through what work was needed so josh knew what me and richard had agreed.
The work started and we was happy with the progression. When i went up to assess the works, i realise no pipes had been run to 2 of my front bedrooms, this was something agreed in original quote. When I contacted him about it he claimed i hadnt made my mind up on what was happening with these bedrooms. This was a lie as my wife witnessed the conversation. This held up my builder who needed to plasterboard the ceiling where these pipes needed to go. Why would I get all pipe work done around my house and leave 2 rooms! Effectively calling me a lair without saying it. They then added the pipe work in so my builder could carry on. That night i go in to lock up my house and I hear water trickling from somewhere . Only to find a pipe join upstairs had failed when system was put back under pressure. This in turn damaged some of my ceiling in one of our bedrooms. At no point was i offered compensation for this damage. Just lots of apologies. I will give richard his credit. He sent josh back the next day to repair this issue. A few days had passed and I was upstairs putting flooring back down only to see a leak somewhere else. Another phone call later whilst richard was away on holiday josh was sent again to repair the leak. On this occasion josh said to me he needs to slightly over pressure the sytem to check for leaks. He done this, no leaks. He went home and I was happy . Well not happy for long as the next day we discover magnetic filter seal is leaking. This was not faulty before!. I called josh and in turn he said its not there issue as it could have been faulty prior to works. Well it was fine before you over pressured the system. He said I needed to contact richard. That was over a week ago and still no reply from richard. To top it off I walk into one of my downstairs bathrooms only to find pipe work and crap all in my bath from what had been removed in the bathroom when they was moving pipework and what looks like water with lots of dirt in it all in my bath. Just to point out they was the only trade who have been in that bathroom. THEM!! Im Appalled with the service its like once he had his money he didn't give a shit about my property. I will NOT be recommending his services and will NOT be having them back in my property.

I called Rich and Josh because my boiler had stopped working and needed a replacement. They were very quick to respond. The job was done professionally. I had hot water and heating by the end of the day. Very professional and respectful. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new boiler.

Richard installed our new combi gas boiler and did an excellent job. He explained everything very clearly, step by step, so we know exactly how to use it. Communication with Richard was great – very easy and straightforward. He is professional, friendly and reliable. We would definitely recommend him!

Thank you to Richard for coming out on an Emergency after me waking him rudely at 6 am on a Sunday. It was a bigger job than we both anticipated but he cracked on to complete it in the time he estimated. No more leaks.
