Contacted James villas with a booking request for 8 people, they sent me a couple of selections that met all of my criteria and were very helpful throughout.

Eventually you did well after a slow and staggering start

We've used James Villas many times in the past and are loyal and happy customers. My gripe is simply that the website would never save my shortlists. Once we had chosen a villa, everything was very smooth.

This is the first time I've used James Villas and so far I'm very pleased with the very friendly and helpful service. There is a really good choice of villas and the website was easy to navigate. So far I would recommend this company to my friends.

We were given totally wrong information on the villa we booked in Menorca. We booked Villa Adriana, in Santo Tomas, there wasn't a full address but I googled it and found it , I also used my vr headset to go on Wander and found the street, so I knew where it was when we got there, but it showed a different villa on the photos, we assumed the photo must have been a view from the back.
Got to Villa Ariana and the key code didn't work..on the email it said go to Hotel Santo Tomas for help, so off we trailed there, they knew nothing of this, so sent us to another hotel, who gave us a key, which didn't work, no one had a clue, I then showed a photo of the villa and it turned out to be the wrong one! The villa we ended up in has no name on it but is in area G8 the other was in R11..we are now in a villa on a main road with no gate and opened on to the public footpath.. it is the one in the photo but I wouldn't have booked this as there is no privacy as the pool is at the front and on view to everyone..
All the info on the website is wrong, it even says about the name of the villa next door if family or friends wanted to book it to be next door, the villa next door us a private residency and the one on the other side has a different name and smaller than they said.
I have emailed them and got an apology but nothing else...surely this is missed managed .
Apart from not being private and where we thought it was its a beautiful villa inside. But not what we thought we had booked..

Website very easy to use, competitive prices, i have stayed in this villa before and know it to be very good value for money; booking process couldn’t be simpler

Easy to speak to a real person, who was able to put villa on hold while we booked flight.

Warning!! booked a villa for 2 weeks departing 21st May to Cyprus they cancelled it today. Offered us a villa which was unsuitable on other side of the island or a refund for the villa They won’t refund our flights car hire taxis etc Customer service appalling as they have left us with no holiday and a big bill they won’t compensate us for

I find james villa holidays value for money and easy to contact for any problems that arise.

James Villas are very easy to deal with, customer service is easy to access and helpful.
The villas are as advertised and any minor concerns have always been rectified promptly.

Not actually been on the (booked) holiday yet but just to say a big thank you to Emma in customer services who dealt with our concern kindly and professionally.

Despite sitting on my booking for 14 months James villas , 3 weeks before departure, told me it’s cancelled and to find somewhere else and I had to do it within 7 days, this was literally hours before I was due to travel elsewhere. In a panic I quickly looked at a couple of villas, told I couldn’t have one as it was slightly more expensive. So booked one without too much info.
It was nothing like the isolated one we originally planned for, a villa surrounded by lots of others, constant noise from builders from 8am until 8pm everyday ( nose cancelling headphones didn’t help) no bbq, well there was but it was filthy ancient and had no racks so couldn’t be used anyway, couldn’t find the Bluetooth speaker? All advertised. A burglary attempt was made on our second night, very scary and meant we hardly slept at night waiting and listening, a book in the villa advised us to lock ourselves in and even when just sat at the pool or in the garden, the patio doors had patches of metal showing they have been broken/forced on many occasions.
Horrible experience
Would never use James villas again would go with an honest and reliable company instead
