Compre un vuelo que estaba supuestamente en oferta, luego me llaman para decirme que ese vuelo ya no esta disponible en ese precio y que puedo obtener el mismo vuelo pero casi por 400 dolares adicionales, a lo que les pedi que quería un reembolso, me dicen que no pueden reembolsar, al menos me consiguieron un vuelo pagando solo 150 adicional lo cual me parece mucho pero al menos no perdi todo el dinero que ya habia pagado (299 usd), ya me enviaron mis boletos y confirme con la aeroliea que son legitimos. No los recomiendo

It’s been 8 days still no refund then you call and they don’t want to talk Andre’s is the one who did the transaction so you need to talk to him and it never happens sometimes it’s better to pay more money and have a flight guarantee then go the cheep rout and be embarrassed at the airport then pay triple the price

Acabo de ser estafada después de comprar el vuelo siguen usando la tarjeta de crédito proporcionada para hacer compras asi que tengan mucho cuidado. Además nunca dicen el verdadero nombre para que no descubran quien es. ESTAFADORES.

Andrea was extremely helpful and helped me through the difficult process of changing the date of my flight.
The information I received online when booking my flights was misleading and she explained the process clearly to me.

Just another 1 star review saying the EXACT SAME THING all of these other 1 star reviews say about FriendzTravel scamming people. If youre here right after receiving a call from them trying to make you pay more, most likely your card hasnt been charged yet and if so, LOCK YOUR CARD RIGHT NOW! Literally stop what youre doing, go to your CC app and lock it now! Spoke w CapitalOne and they said to do this immediately and that I can dispute it if it hits my card later on just keep all receipts and correspondence.

I found a perfect flight then 24 hours later they called me and said it had been canceled and nothing was refundable 🙄 but I could pay $300 more to get the exact same flight a day later?? Definitely a scam

I have a very bad experience with the booking, but thanks and very appreciated to Jessica Jackson the one that she handled the problem professionally and she helped me to complete my booking. She is very professional helpful and have a very excellent follow up system.

A Total Scam Agency! They pretend to be BA and find charges that do not exist!! I was almost paying them £120 for them to take my daughter’s flight off a “stand by” or “waiting list” due to too many attempts to do the check in online. In fact she was unable to due this online but had no issues at the airport. She then confirmed at the airport with the BA staff that they do not ever charge at the desk. The agent at this agency assured me that my daughter would pay double at the airport!! What a disgrace of a misleading deceiving agency or company or whatever they are!!!
