Awful customer service. Things were okay until I paid. Then I heard from them nothing for two weeks, had to reach out several times. I called and they changed my order with no explanation. Just announced they've "upgraded me to a better machine". This sounded very suspicious. Turns out they've sold me something they don't even have. At this point I wanted to cancel my order and get back my money. They were rude to me and hung up the phone when I told them this.
After looking for answers elsewhere, I've found out the machine I originally ordered isn't being made anymore and they want to sell me a newer model instead. Nobody told me this, but whatever.
I decide to give them one more chance. I say yes to the newer machine. They promised to dispatch it "immediately" but apparently they have no idea what the word means. Two days after that I asked for a shipping number, which they promise to give you on the website. I got "we will send it tomorrow, max Monday". Turns out they don't even know the days of the week. I send another email on Tuesday. No reply. It's Wednesday, still no shipping number. I called, I was told rather rudely to send them an email. Dude, I just did that a day ago and got no reply. I was told rather rudely to wait for a reply to the email.
I'll try to resolve this until the end of the week and then try to get my money back instead. Wish me luck.
This company should go bankrupt. No customer should go through this. I wish I had found these reviews earlier.

This customer has been notified several times with Dhl trackings and all email bounced back ! We sent the products ordered to Slovakia with Dhl here the tracking numbers:

We offered a new more performant release of the item originally ordered AT THE SAME PRICE (it was 700 euro more expensive) we've been EXTREMELY patient with this customer even though was extremely stressfull, we always attend any call we explained about COVID-19 and difficutlties on transportations during these days ! After all this job and time invested we faced on this extremely nasty review which represent exactly the person which we are dealing with ! We've been extremely nice and polite ! Unfortunately not everyone understand how hard is working during this covid days and not everybody is nice and patience and understandeble.
Anyway for anybody interested we have all the deal with this person the super price provided and the amazing unit shipped ! shame we spent to much time on this after what we just read !

I purchased a Bezzera Unica PID along…

I purchased a Bezzera Unica PID along with a grinder. One week after my purchase I had still not received any delivery confirmation for my product as outlined on ItalianKitchenAid website. I had received my invoice for the purchase after paying for it yet nothing more. I wrote to ItalianKitchenAids customer support the 7 days later and was advised that my product had not shipped because I was required to pay an ADDITIONAL 250 Euros on top of what I paid on the the initial purchase. Now I was quite disappointed and would likely have purchased a different machine knowing I was in for the ADDITIONAL 250 Euros. Anyhow, I’m already all in so paid the additional shipping fees.
Finally I received the product and the Espresso machine is not working. There is a + and - button which are the main controls of this model to move setting from steam to coffee and to change temps etc. the + button does not work. I wanted several YouTube videos and became more familiar with the issue. I opened the machine and found exactly what others were experiencing. The component inside the machine does NOt make contact with the control buttons. The machine is useless without these controls.
I wrote to ItalianKitchenAids, Matteo replies, “”you have to push the button hard”
That’s my support.
I responded again advising that the machine is faulty and the control uttons are not making contact. 4 days later, Matteo advised that depending which country I was in, I could get warranty on parts to repair the machine.
That’s it!! That’s all you will get from ItalianKitchenAids. If you end up with a faulty machine, or issues shortly down the road...DO NOT EXPECT ITALIANKITCHENAIDS to provide you any support!!
They sell products but DO NOt STAND BEHIND them!!
Now I’m out over 2,000 EUROS with a stainless steel paper weight

this customer is located outside Europe we nicely explained to him that warranty outside EUROPE is only for parts. Regarding shipping cost we explained that shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight which is Length x Width x Height in centimetres / 5000.
We then forward the exact best price fully insured to Hong kong and ask to pay the missing balance. Regarding the on / off button on the PID we saw from our experience that those pid requires to be pushed hard to work and this is exactl what we explained to customer so we do not see the reason of this silly comments on this review.

Incorrect inventory status

I placed an order for a La Pavoni ERG machine (shown available on the website) but was told later that it can not be shipped because of discontinued item. Then was contacted by their support guy Tommaso who offered an upgraded version PRG Gold with additional $200+, which I accepted. This machine was in stock and shipped after my second payment via Paypal. I was suspicious about their inventory management but decided to trust Tommaso who was nice and professional. The shipment took 2 weeks but arrived as described. The machine works great and appears as new as promised. Overall, the experience is sub-par due to the confusion on the inventory availability and taking more money and much longer time to get the item I'd like (over a month). Suggest emailing their support directly to check on the item before placing order online. (Shout out to Tommaso)

My order for a Nemox Milki Latte e Crema

Delivery was a few days later than expected, but this was probably caused by the Corona crisis in Italy.
Communication with Italian Kitchenaids was fine and I got quick response to my email.
Received my package today with Fedex and all was in perfect condition.
Machine works fine.
Very happy with it.

Great range and great prices

Great range and great prices; one of the few places that offers the Quick Mill range. I was initially a bit disappointed because my order took a while to process due an issue with availability. However, Matteo was very responsive, and did everything he could to effectively resolve the problem. My machine arrived in perfect order a few days later. Pulling one shot was enough to see it was worth the wait. I am very happy with the purchase.

Amateurs

After a purchase of a coffee machine on italiankitchenaids.com I didn't get any truck number from FedEX as they write on the web side.
So, two days later I ask them were is my parcel.
As a response, again no truck number but got an e-mail where they inform: your parcel is on the way to you.
Day after I got an another e-mail: sorry we got a mistake you have to pay more. The price was wrong. If you don't pay we can't send the machine.
After this I felt very confused and lost trust to this company.
I required return the money. It took me 9 days every day e-mail. They respond but on a very unprofessional way, uncompleted information, max. one sentence and one e-mail a day.
Finally I got the money back.
In my opinion very strange company, they don't have any respect for customer. Pure amateurs.

By the way I ordered the same product and additional a grinder in my country. Payed a bit more but there was a huge difference in customer service.

Be careful at this company.

this customer was right factory increase the price list without prior notification , we could not affor to keep the old price and we proceed with the refund because customer refused to pay extra 39 euro

Bad Internet Shop. They Sell Damaged Machines.

Italiankitchenaids sell damaged machines.

I bought the Nemox GelatoPro1700up and the delivery was fine, but the machine was useless, as it did not make gelato, ice cream or sherbet. The compressor was not working.
I explained this to customer service and they advised me to take it to a generic service centre for freezers to check the gas inside the compressor and if it is missing some gas add it.
After taking the machine to a service shop, I discovered it was serviced before and was refurbished. There was corroded soldering and scratches inside the machine. The problem was not the gas, but it had a defective part which the service shop replaced. Even after replacing the part, it is not working properly and heats up.
After explaining what happened to customer service and sent them pictures, I requested some refund. I sent three emails but they did not reply.

I should have listened to the review by Miha Šušteršič
who also gave them one star and wrote "The worst internet shop/service ever!".

Don't buy from Italiankitchenaids.

customer was located outside Europe product was brand new, customer stated that the ice cream machine was not cooling is possible that during transport some of the gas escaped we nicely adviced him to fill the compressor with new gas.

The worst internet shop/service ever!

I bought the Rancilio Silvia coffee machine from them and the delivery was great but then it broke down under the full waranty and this was the result... Please read it carefully since this is the way they comunicate...

Dear Sir/Madame, I have brought my Rancilio Silvia V5 to local official Rancilio servis. They inspected the machine and found out that the pump was not working, so they had to replace the pump.
Since the machine is under warranty I would like to get a refund for the repairs. Attached you can find the receit from the repairs.
In attachement is also your receit when I paied the machine in your internet store. In attachement is also photo of the part they had to replace.

Dear Miha I'm very sorry but the part would have been given you free of charge so we cannot cover that cost. Regarding the labour cost of 25 euro this amount can be refunded back to your card.
By the way the pump is also available online for 15 euro.

I am sorry, but I did notify you, what you can see from email corespondance... But you did nothing, except suggest to descale the machine!
I will be really disappointed and will do everything to discredit your internet page and your shop if you do not refund me the money. I believe, that you would have had higher expences to cover If I had shipperd the machine back, if you include the shipping costs!
So I really hope that we can settle this with no further hastle.

I ordered Nuova Simonelli coffee machine & Grinder .
From the beginning ,right after i placed the order , i called Italiankitchenaids , and i very welcomed from Mr Tommaso , that explain to me everything and answer to all my questions . Also when i send
e-mails , i get immediate respond , so i was very confidence feeling from the buying experience .
The goods arrive like promised via DHL express .
So all i can say is that i"m very happy & recommend italiankitchenaids

Genuine review

Genuine review: I purchased a Jokodomus 669100 for use in an apartment and was immensely satisfied (with both my purchase and the customer experience). Marco went out of his way to help ensure that this large transaction went through smoothly - we discussed it back-and-forth over the course of a week. He helped me resolve a very large number of purchase and shipping-related variables/concerns - I was a first-time buyer and this item was being shipped from Italy to California! While one could purchase a nice local made-in-USA product for a fraction of the price, the quality/workmanship/style/longevity/size/expression of the item is far superior to what I've found (I was browsing for months!). Plus, if you're lucky like me, you'll pay no taxes, no duties/import charges when importing into the US under the correct HTS import code. Tip for US consumers: it's a great time to order from Europe, given the record state of Euro/US dollar currency pairs. Buy more from these guys while the opportunity is there. I'd definitely consider future purchases. A++
