Excellent reliable and professional

First of all, I really like and appreciate folks who know their stuff. Marco knows coffee machines. :). I had some questions about the Alex Leva lever machine and he had all the answers. I live in America and he even called me here to talk over things! And with the new tariff concerns, there were some challenges and Marco walked me right thru them. Really wished he lived here so I could shake his hand. The machine just arrived and it is GORGEOUS. I have bought several machines over the years, from well known companies here in America, but oh my, nothing compares with this Italian beauty. EXTREMELY well made.
Addition: just hooked up the water and tested out the machine. It is UNBELIEVABLE. I have had several machines-including one commercial machine-and this is tops by far. The absolute quietness of the machine is 'deafening'. :) And it is so powerful-easy to hook up with very few moving parts. We are SO excited-and the coffee so far has been excellent. We are experimenting on grind, boiler temp, etc and even with that, the coffee is really strong and bold with great crema. So save up your money and buy one of these...one of my sons in law is already drooling over it.It is like a professional machine in every sense of the word, in your home.

Great company . Marco very genuine and a pleasure to deal with. I purchased a coffee grinder from Marco which was slightly damaged on its way to Australia. Marco organised new parts that were obtained from the manufacturer and sent to me. Great outcome and can't recommend Marco enough .His knowledge base is also excellent, if you are unsure on any product or specification

I recently relocated from the United States to Buenos Aires Argentina. I had previously owned a Breville Dual Boiler in the USA. I knew I wanted a Sage Dual Boiler because of the quality and the current voltage rating of Argentina.
Italian Kitchen Aids was very patient with me over a few months as I made my purchase. They shipped to my local family member in the USA so I could ship it to my home in Argentina.

I would recommend ordering from this shop. The unit arrived internationally and was in perfect condition.

I ordered a water softener from Italian kitchen aid which, due to a supplier error, was delivered incorrectly. Although it took several months and a lot of back and forth to get the correct unit, Matteo remained responsive, respectful, and committed to solving the issue. He followed through until the correct product was delivered. I really appreciate his support and professionalism throughout.

Tommaso provided some advice on which machine, I selected the Elektra and I am very pleased with my choice.

I bought a package with a la Pavoni prof plh lusso, and a Isomac inox. At a very competetive price.
There was a problem with the boiler cap, witch after an email was solved promptly.
The Pavoni is a beautiful and enjoyable machine.
The Isomac works, after some minor modifications quite well.
I would highly recomend them both.
