I highly recommend

I highly recommend! I managed to get my insurance super fast, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Joseph for the costumer team was fantastic, always available, whether by phone or email, and he made everything feel easy and stress-free. Thanks to his help, the whole process was super smooth. I definitely recommend them!

This coverage was for an international student and all of my queries and questions were responded to in a timely manner and everything was explained throughly.
Filling our the application was seamless.
Excellent service.

Outstanding customer service

The website is easy to navigate and the account is also easy to understand. Customer service works with you to help you with any issues or questions you may have.
I had an unusual issue and they made sure to assist me and made sure my problem was solved.

I wanted to change my policy and was worried about the tight deadlines set by my University. I had a pleasure to get Jonathan as a customer service represantative who was let me say: effective, quick, attentive and respectful. I will refer my peers to use ISO services 🙌🥳
