I am currently in my second year with PSI Insurance. Recently, I accidentally purchased coverage for the wrong dates, which caused trouble getting a waiver from USF.
I reached out to PSI team and, instead of going through a generic 'smart' call manager wasting tons of time and never getting where you need, I was immediately connected directly to a real, helpful person named Odette. She was absolutely fantastic in handling the situation. She sorted everything out in a very short time, followed up over both the phone and email, and ensured my dates were updated so I wouldn't have any gaps in my coverage. It is such a relief to have reliable support like this.

On top of that, the plan they offer is not only cheaper, but it also has better coverage in the same price range.

I really recommend PSI, Madison was so patient with me, I had lots of questions and she gladly answered all of them, I love how she resolved it and made sure I got the best options.

Although unfortunately my school denied the waiver, I have only good things to say about PSI. They are extremely organized—from their website to the customer service. Everything is in its right place. The waiver instructions are easy to find, every document you need is available and well labeled. You’ll have no trouble with anything whatsoever with them. In my case, within less than two days, they have already confirmed my refund + cancellation with no trouble. I’m sure my school was a specific case, and if you want to try waiving your school insurance i’d definetly recommend PSI.
