DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I left a review of this disgrace and shambles of a “company” last year and still no reply. Please don’t waste your time and money! It’s literally been over a year since I’ve heard anything from these scammers. No sign of my pool, no response to any of my emails, I’m still trying to get a refund as it cost me almost €200. I said it on my previous review that I could give them less than 1 star I would! 10/10 would NOT recommend!

IF YOU ONLY READ THIS FIRST SENTENCE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Bought treadmill last year, running deck cracked and broke after 4 months of light use. Took photos and contacted irish sports warehouse immediately. Initial emails acknowledged the equipment was at fault and a replacement “stronger” running deck would be dispatched immediately. The deck never arrived. Emailed irish sports warehouse SEVERAL TIMES to request my replacement deck as treadmill was well under warranty. Irish sports warehouse began fobbing me off suddenly claiming my deck was out of warranty when it wasn't, so i produced my receipt and was begrudgingly told AGAIN that a replacement deck would be sent, but when i requested tracking details i was given STRANGE blank shipping statements. When my deck didn't arrive i sent emails and received occasional replies stating my order was delayed due to covid-which i do not believe whatsoever- and occasionally they claimed to have no knowledge of previous emails or correspondence regarding my purchase. Of course due to time wasted because of the delay tactic nonsense that this company employs to wriggle out of honouring contracts for their shoddy equipment my warranty expired and i am stuck with a broken treadmill i spent €600 on. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE EQUIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY SELL CHEAP EQUIPMENT AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO HONOUR THE WARRANTY WHEN IT INEVITABLY BREAKS.

Bought a treadmill in november with a max weight of 100kg. We are 75kg and the running deck had cracked in February. No customer support, no telephone number. The only communication way is email which they take their time responding to and give you no solutions. Refused to give a refund. Accepted a replacement which hasn't arrived yet ( end of July). Shocking quality, shocking customer service.
Very disappointed

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought the Lontek f30 treadmill. I bought it specifically because it was advertised as having a lifetime warranty with the motor and had a high maximum user weight-120 kg. I am 95kg. I barely have it 2 years and the running deck has cracked and the power from the motor has decreased and starts to burn after 40mins.
The company said they don't stock the treadmill anymore and basically it's my problem now and sent me a link to realign and lubricate the running deck, neither of which is the cause of the problem. They also emailed me to say that the machine didn't come with a lifetime warranty
Disgusted with them. Avoid Avoid Avoid...

No phone support. Multiple emails to get response
They sent out replacement motor, after multiple emails
Still not working with same
They are refusing to give refund and saying it should work.
Do not use this company, they do not value your custom and are in no way helpful.

I am now taking them to the small claims court for a refund.

They will no collect or send a new one either and are blaming brexit for this. Complete nonsense.

I ordered a Treadmill, Bodytrain Rocket MT06 (Order ref 110023952) in November 2020 and received it without issue. lI would have been very complimentary to this company with exception to the last week.

I contacted them to advise the running deck had cracked in the middle after less than 6 months and received no response. I then contacted them through their web page and was advised they would send out a new running deck but they were out of stock and would take a few weeks to order it and get it sent to me.

When looking at their website it says they are currently not shipping to Ireland due to brexit issues let me remind you of their name "Irishsportswarehouse.ie" how am i to have faith in receiving anything with no further correspondence after I have emailed a further 3 times and no answer from their contact number which is obviously not manned.

I advised i was happy to receive a refund and the treadmill could be collected at their convenience still no response.

I no longer have faith in the treadmill or the company and will have to seek legal advice as the goods are both defective and faulty. I may have to contact their parent company which will remain nameless for now.

Do not buy from this company terrible after care and customer service

I ordered a pool table in October 2020 got delivered on time but the table is faulty - there is a dip in the table which makes it nearly impossible to play pool and the cues that came with the table were of poor quality.

I contacted Irish Sports Warehouse and having emailed pictures of the table they agreed to a replacement to be then told that they did not have any in stock. I am now still waiting on a replacement table or at this state preferably a refund, my emails are not being answered.
Very poor customer service altogether

Extremely shoddy customer service - do not buy anything from them if you're based in Ireland. They have a .IE domain but the business is clearly delivering from the UK and post Brexit have been a disaster to deal with.

Having purchased a treadmill from Irish Sports Warehouse early December 2020 it arrived in time for Christmas but the unit was faulty and the whole repair/return/refund process is a joke. 5 months later I have a faulty treadmill still blocking my shed and no sign of a collection in spite of repeated promises.

I'm a genuine customer (order #110028476) but I have been severely disappointed with the customer service. The joke that is Brexit has been compounded by the farce that is Irish Sports Warehouse.

In relation to the comment below from ISW - I DID received a refund eventually after 4 months but I still have a HUGE treadmill (which is faulty) in a giant box in my shed which they have not yet collected it.

I bought a Hillman golf trolley from ISW last year, after around 6 months, my trolley only worked when I pressed the distance button on the trolley. I then contacted ISW customer service and I was told that it was the battery and I would need to get someone to look at it as it was out of warranty. I got the battery checked and I was told that it was only at 63 % capacity so I bought a new one and still had the same issue. The customer service is shocking. I can honestly say I would not recommend Irish Sports Warehouse to anyone. the best part of €500 down and carrying my golf clubs!

This issue happened during the pandemic which may excuse the customer support but it does not excuse the poor quality of equipment that was sold to me.

Less than one year after the part was replaced, I have the same issue again. I’ve had nothing but issues from day 1, I really wouldn’t recommend the hillman trolley or anything from ISW (the trolley is actually better than the customer support)

Waiting on spare parts to come for my multi gym after one part was broken and others missing, I sent exact part numbers that were needed but received other parts instead.
Sent more details of what is needed but now no reply, the customer service agents are not the cleverest of people either.

The behaviour from this company has been illegal and theft. I have already begun legal matters and it turns out I am not the only individual who has done so.

To recover your money you can ask your bank to do a charge back on the payment.

This company is a British company and is not Irish "uksportimports.co.uk"

Reposting as their reply saying they cannot verify- Here are my Order Nos. 110019429 (original treadmill purchase) 110031525 (first set of wrong parts) No. 110031550 (second set of wrong and used parts)- Bought a treadmill in October 2020. Running deck and Motor broke. They sent out the wrong parts twice even though I explained multiple times it was not the correct motor. I paid 90 euro to an engineer to install the second lot of parts and he again said the parts were wrong and actually second hand!! He doubted the control board even worked. I explain the motor was wrong the first time as it did not have a place for the running sensor. Clearly didnt even read it and sent out another motor again with no holes to attach running sensor or speed sensor wheel. Their customer service is an actual joke. Barely respond or read you email. Do not buy from here!!! They also told me i wasnt entitled to a refund because I had it too long- wow not even 6 months in and it broke. Absolute disgrace!

worst customer service I've ever experienced and I will continue to outline how much of a scam Irish Sports Warehouse are until I receive my refund as entitled under European Consumer Law after being sold faulty spin bike. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased a threadmill from this company on the 08/01/2021 still haven’t received my item have contacted them on many occasion for a refund and still haven’t received a refund

I ordered 2 different things in December, and after 3 months not receiving I requested a refund and only got refunded 400euro out of my 1000 euro and after various attempts to contact them they won’t get back to me BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS CLEARLY A SCAM

Ordered an exercise bike on 5th January (total €369), spent the last few months over and back asking what the exact issue is with customs as this is their reason for hold up and i work in supply chains between UK and Ireland myself.. no credible reason given, just delaying a definitive update. Asked for a refund and was told on 23rd March it would be processed withing 5 working days. Still no refund or email response. Probably going to have to go into my bank to see what can be done. Ordered the bike for my parents who are cocooning at home during covid and could really have used this over the past 3 months

Update 16/04/2021
Although claimed refund has been completed, as of yet I have seen no refund in my account. Refund was supposedly started on 23/03/2021, then I received a confirmation email stating refund completed 09/04/2021, no money back as of 16/04/2021. This should have been enough working days. I will update again in a week to confirm refund or no refund. It’s 3.5 months of not having €369 or a bike at present.

Refund appeared in my account today. I would urge any potential customers to read through the recent posts on this site and make up your own mind on any potential transaction. Maybe they were just particularly, painfully slow in processing, or maybe they saw 39 people found my review helpful and that’s a possible 39 customers lost..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an exercise bike from this company and the belt broke within 2 months. I have been waiting NINE MONTHS and still not received my replacement part, despite multiple emails and phone calls. My order number is Order #110004184. Possibly the worst customer experience Ive ever had, what a rip off.

I bought a spin bike on january 10th and waited until 18th of march for my product which was still not sent. So I requested a refund on that day... money hasn't come through I have emailed multiple times and all I got was "refund successful" and then they stopped replying... I want my €370 back !!! This is unbelievably horrible company and customer service! I would love to speak to the manager ASAP!!!!

Order number 110019520.Bought an Air hockey table for my kids from Santa in September as I was worried about leaving too close to Christmas due to COVID. Package came with one or 2 holes/dents in it, nothing that concerned me. Called my neighbour to help me put in in under the bed (As it was heavy)before the kids saw it. Fast forward to Christmas eve and I pull out the box to put it together and realise there is a hole on the playing surface the size of a small orange so most of the air was going to come out that hole rather then all the small holes which keeps the puck floating. Gutted. My wife emailed Irish sports Warehouse on Christmas eve to let them know what had happened. Initially when they replied it was all positive. The offered us a refund but we just wanted a replacement for the kids. They told us to pack it back into the original box and a courier will collect it when delivering the replacement. No sign of anyone coming with replacement. We emailed again and were told there was an issue with deliveries over Brexit and we understood initially. Eventually in March we just wanted a refund so we could buy another one from some other supplier. The email we got back after 3 months was that we should have checked the box on delivery. All the time I had my kids told that santa was sending a replacement. I will never shop with Irish sports Warehouse again.
