Just bought trampoline. Item arrived fast. However arrived just 2 boxes from 4. That was delivery company fault. After 2 days they found my boxes and delivered. Irish sport warehouse was also working on solving problem and were in contact with me by email. So all is good. I recommend them as good company.

I recently bought an American pool table money was taken from my account there was no follow up email their phone number is out of service I have emailed and got no reply I did not receive my pool table

I recently purchased a 3-in-1 games table from Irish Sports Warehouse, including pool, air hockey, and table tennis, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Considering it includes three games in one, the value for money is excellent.

What impressed me even more was the outstanding customer service. After placing my order, I decided to change the colour of the table, and the team handled my request without any hassle. They delivered exactly the colour I wanted, and everything arrived perfectly and on time.

I was hesitant about buying from this website because of bad reviews . I emailed them before I ordered just incase and the customer support was brilliant. My trampoline with basket ball hoop arrived today- delivered on time and kids love it- the quality is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Scammers and fraudsters. Dont buy anything from them. Criminals. Inform the Guarda if you have any problems.

We bought am expensive bodytrain treadmill and it short circuited after a month. Instead of offering real support, they decided to send us parts to fix it ourselves with no instructions. Absolutely terrible.

Crazy value for money. Bought the charcoal barbecue with kit and cover for 99 and it arrived within a few days. I'm delighted with it. Not sure why there are so many poor reviews but I can only go on my experience and its bang on. I'll recommend to a friend now.

This company appears not be be functioning. They have €400 of my money and no response.

Disappointing Experience as like many others failed promises on delivery date and completely ignored when requesting refund for item. Right before Xmas is such a failure on behalf of the company letting customers and children down with no time to order similar from competitors. Products are not shipped from Ireland but from UK and they do not provide international tracking number so you are left in the dark and they keep advising delivery is delayed and delayed and delayed until they vanish and go radio silent. Do not order from this company

I’m posting to try to get clarity on an order that’s proving very stressful this close to Christmas.

Order / Shipment Reference: #110045076

This item is a Christmas present for my child. I received confirmation that the order has left the warehouse, however I’ve had no contact from the courier and there is no tracking available due to DX Freight tracking issues.

With Christmas only a few working days away, I’ve emailed both Irish Sports Warehouse and the parent company (RCD Retail) requesting confirmation of:

whether the order has been handed to DX Freight

its current status

whether delivery before Christmas is still achievable

At the time of writing, I’m still awaiting a response.

I’m hoping this review helps prompt communication, as I just need clarity to know whether I need to make alternative arrangements for my child’s Christmas present.

I’m happy to update this review once the situation is resolved.

Trying to contact them for last few days, no any updates on my delivery. Was should to check reviews here before order something from them.

I don't want to give Irish Sports Warehouse any star. The gearbox and axle broke in a golf trolly I bought from Irish Sports Warehouse and after contacting customer service I was told they could send me a replacement part. I paid for the part on the 14th April 2025 and by 19th July I still have not received the part. I have been in contact by email and phone many times with very slow and now no replies. I have asked a number of times for my money back as I don't believe I will receive the part. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website.

I’m having the same issue as the last review with Irish sports warehouse.
I have an order confirmation and number for a golf net and mat for over a week and still no dispatched notification. I’ve tried to phone their number but apparently they’re having phone issues. I’ve emailed on numerous occasions and have had no reply. Very frustrating.

I placed an order on the 19th March for a golf net. I have tried ringing and emailing to find out details like delivery date, or an estimate of a time frame. I have rang Friday 11th April and today Monday 14th April, they are apparently having issues with phone lines and BT are 'fixing' it. I have send 3 emails with no response. How can a company operate like this? I have a order number and an email verifying my order before you say I am not verified. I am only sorry I did not read reviews before I placed my order.

Absolute scam! Waiting a long time for my package. The tracking number has said ‘out for delivery today’ for over 4 days now. No response from Irish sports warehouse, who are in fact based in the UK!! Avoid this site.

The absolute spanner’s working for this company will send back a ridiculous reply saying ‘we can’t verify you as a customer’!!! Why would I waste my time writing a review, and for your record, you don’t reply to emails, so don’t pretend that you do.

Bought a trampoline of them for Xmas and I got 2 off the same box’s ( got box 2 of 2 twice no box 1) I messaged them and am waiting on a reply

I ordered the air hockey and pool table combo on 12th Dec for a Christmas present, it arrived on 23rd and we are absolutely delighted with it. It was easy to assemble, easy to rotate between the two games and the whole family have been enjoying playing it. Great product!

I only read the reviews here after I'd ordered so I was a bit nervous but I'm so happy with it.

I bought a power rack for €300 and got it delivered about 2 weeks later. It's great quality for the price.
