I ordered a trampoline last year...I’m still waiting for my trampoline

Really fishy company, bought a €300+ euro bike and after 2 months the belt in the bike broke. I ordered a replacement belt but it was never posted. They blame brexit for everything but being unable to post a belt that could be sent in a medium sized envelope is very dodgy.
To confirm i am a real customer my order was Order #110031415

I can see many similar comments here and suggest we get together and take our issues to small claims court. The price is only 25 euro and thats a small price to pay to correct behaviour like this.

In late December, my partner and I purchased a spin bike which became faulty after only a few weeks of use. We have since reached out to Irish Sports Warehouse multiply times to try to either arrange for the product to be fixed or to get a refund. To date we have received little to no correspondence from the Company (one of the few emails they responded to was to inform us that we are not entitled to a refund).

This is one of the worse customer service experiences I have encountered. I think it is a disgrace that they can treat paying customers like this.

I am determined to keep contacting them until the product is either fixed or refunded. I will provide an update in due course

Do not buy of this crowd. I purchased a €600 treadmill in late November and the running deck broke late December. Have gotten absolutely NOWHERE since raising this with Irish Sport Warehouse. NOBODY ANSWERS THE CUSTOMER LINE – COMPLETE FARCE. DO NOT BUY FROM IRISH SPORTS WAREHOUSE

Update: 30/03/2021 -
After months of e-mailing, within a day of posting this review, I have received an e-mail suggesting they will arrange a refund but I will not believe until funds are returned and the machine collected. I will post again when something (or nothing) happens.
Update: 10/04/2021 - I love the request below from the supplier to send more details - I've been emailing them for 4 months now. STILL NO SIGN OF MY REFUND ..... anyone else getting that treatment ?

Order 110027443. Terrible communication from customer services. I have been trying to refund an unwanted unopened treadmill for 3 months and the staff have been so slow on responding and then I need to explain everything again. I paid an invoice of €40 for my treadmill to be collected by courier for return and it said the courier would be in contact withing 2-3 days however I heard nothing. The the customer service told me this was an error and that I would have to return the treadmill myself- however with Covid we cannot move outside of our 5 kilometers. I am still awaiting a response days later- I wish to speak to a manger however the phonelines are not open which is terrible

Ordered a treadmill on the 11th of January, still not received. Order number 110031328. I have received emails to say there was delays due courier issues. This has gone on for months now and at this point Irish Sports Warehouse are not responding to me. I want a full refund! I have waited over 2 months, you have not given me any genuine updates and are now ignoring my emails and your call centre is "closed". This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional

Avoid and go elsewhere

Ordered a Spin bike on 1st Jan 2021. Payment taken on the 4th Jan. Excuses since then about needing a new system set up for Delivery to Ireland. Enquired for an update today and was told my order is now cancelled and I will receive a refund in 9 working days.
Shocking carry on

Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with ordered a treadmill on 28th December Order number #110029892, given barley any information on where it was or what the hold up was, when they would decide to respond to emails, customer service is a complete joke, it’s not customer service!!! Canceled my order and still waiting on my money to be returned. They are shipping in machines from the UK and all the information you get is it should be another week. I would NEVER order from them again an absolute joke of a company they should be shut down. They take ur money straight away trying to get it back is another story

I paid €800 to get the best treadmill, because of Covid19 and the gyms being closed on & off, I bought it for my parents as they have health problems and need to exercise regularly.
Not even two weeks of use and it started to get creaking noises, so much for the best treadmill. Contacted support, couldn't get through because they don't even have a phone number.
So emailed them and they said they will issue a refund, but changed their mind and said they will send out a replacement instead. The replacement was issued January 17th 2021 (Order #110031396) and we are now at 27th February 2021 and nothing has arrived. I get it with Brexit happening shipments are delayed, but they can't be five weeks delayed! These folks are a bunch of scamming con artists, they don't even reply to my emails now, they are not operating from Ireland and they don't have a contact number so they can avoid all the calls they would receive, they only respond to emails they like. You don't have any guarantees or warranty on what you buy if it falls apart which it most likely will!

I'd strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company and they're fraudulent website they operate.

i can't use the table tennis because a lot of componentes is missing . 20 mails with the support .

Avoid at all costs! Bought a multi gym as a Christmas present, came no problem as it was before Brexit, only reason I bought off them was because its an Irish website which I assumed it would come from Ireland and not UK. There was a part missing which you cant use the machine without its quite an important one. Asked for the part to be sent out and they sent it out in January and only received it at the end of February just to find out the sent out the wrong part. The multi gym is made out of metal and it is the softest metal i have ever handled, it is bending everywhere possible. AVOID!!!!

Please everyone avoid this company, they aren't irish based, they obviously don't have any of their Brexit paperwork in order and they dont seem to want customers as their answer to any issue is apply for a refund! Shocking customer service avoid avoid avoid

Ordered here because of the words "Irish" and "Warehouse" which gave clear indication that this was an Irish based product. It was a Birthday present but they refused to dispatch it.
I have been told I am being refunded but it remains to be seen.

If, like me, you have been screwed out of money and are receiving no contact whatsoever. I read one review stating that your bank can recall your money.
I hope it’s true and hope this review helps others.

I ordered a rowing machine off this company on December 30th, but am still waiting to receive it on February 1st. I know this may be the courier's fault but I emailed Irish Sports Warehouse countless times asking for an update or a refund, with no luck. If anyone from ISW is on here, please provide some guidance as to where my order is (#110030089). Ideally at this stage, I will gladly take a refund as I doubt I will be getting my rowing machine any time soon.

BEWARE!!!!!Purchased from Irish Sports Warehouse.ie in Jan. This is NOT an Irish company. You will be charged EXTRA taxes from courrier co as goods come from UK. (Brexit) No info on website regarding this.!!! They trade as RCG Retail Ltd and company in UK is sportandleisureUK.com. Customer service non existant. Do have a phone num on UK website if this helps anyone. Reviews on UK website as bad as on Irish one with similar problems. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Purchased a spin bike couple of weeks ago never got here due to covid and brexit read all these reviews and really thought I'd been scammed but I asked for refund and they refunded me my full amount no problem in delighted to get my cash bk but I really would have loved the bike it's a real pity

This company never sent half of my order and then tried to blame me! Saying it was my responsibility! They are scammers and they will not get away with this I am onto the credit card company to chase them down.

KEEP AWAY!!!! This is not Irish company they are based in UK and there is no way of contacting them, phone is switched off and they don't respond to emails. Ordered a set of weights for my son for Christmas. Never arrived. I emailed them 100 times but they didn't respond.
