I placed an order on the 19th March for a golf net. I have tried ringing and emailing to find out details like delivery date, or an estimate of a time frame. I have rang Friday 11th April and today Monday 14th April, they are apparently having issues with phone lines and BT are 'fixing' it. I have send 3 emails with no response. How can a company operate like this? I have a order number and an email verifying my order before you say I am not verified. I am only sorry I did not read reviews before I placed my order.

Absolute scam! Waiting a long time for my package. The tracking number has said ‘out for delivery today’ for over 4 days now. No response from Irish sports warehouse, who are in fact based in the UK!! Avoid this site.

The absolute spanner’s working for this company will send back a ridiculous reply saying ‘we can’t verify you as a customer’!!! Why would I waste my time writing a review, and for your record, you don’t reply to emails, so don’t pretend that you do.

You are a scam site!!! Do not buy from here

Bought a trampoline of them for Xmas and I got 2 off the same box’s ( got box 2 of 2 twice no box 1) I messaged them and am waiting on a reply

I ordered the air hockey and pool table combo on 12th Dec for a Christmas present, it arrived on 23rd and we are absolutely delighted with it. It was easy to assemble, easy to rotate between the two games and the whole family have been enjoying playing it. Great product!

I only read the reviews here after I'd ordered so I was a bit nervous but I'm so happy with it.

I bought a power rack for €300 and got it delivered about 2 weeks later. It's great quality for the price.

Unfortunately, I've encountered several issues that have made the bike inoperable.

Below is a summary of the problems:

Pedometer Display: This stopped working a week after I received the bike.

Pedal Nut: The nut holding the pedal in place snapped during a spinning session after a month of use. I was unable to find a suitable replacement part.

Resistance Clamp: This broke last night, and now the clamp does not engage, causing the weighted wheel to spin freely without resistance control.

Handlebar and Seat Arms: Both have become loose and do not fasten securely, making it impossible to get a comfortable ride.

Given these problems, I am unable to use the bike, which affects my ability to participate in my online spinning classes.

I bought almost €400 golf net for Xmas it was missing a bar when it arrived so no Xmas gift to assemble Christmas morning they send one which we didn’t get till mid January put the net up and it literally fell to pieces after only 2 ana a half months and they will only send small corner pieces to replace I’ve bought from them before a trampoline for €500 2 years ago and it needs new bars already
Do yourself a favour don’t buy any golf nets from them
Plus They never send confirmation emails
Awful website and it say .ie it’s not it’s English takes ages to get here

I ordered a multi gym but didn't receive confirmation I emailed got a response straight away and got item within 1 week delighted.customer service 5 stars delivery service 5 stars

We ordered the Walker and Simpson Duke 6ft Foldable Pool Table in November as a Christmas present - the item wasn’t initially in stock and we had to wait a couple of weeks - the guys kept me informed and the item was delivered in time for Christmas - we’re extremely happy with the pool table especially considering paying €330 including delivery - the kids love it and are improving their pool skills every day - great service from Irish Sports Warehouse - would definitely use them again

I was very impressed with the customer service, very fast delivery and excellent quality product. I will definitely buy from them again.

Now I'm in cavan, Ireland. And this is irelands finest and specialist sportsware [NOT] I can assure you. There based in Kidderminster England. So if you buy anything with battery u have to send by COURIER and PAY YOURSELF with no REFUND on delivery fees even when product is broken and you get no use from it. Product cost €400 to return it cost me €80 money which I will not see again. please do not purchase from this company just for your own peace of mind this experience happened between end of July 22 and start of August 22

Bought a trampoline from this company. Noticed while putting it together that the quality of the metal was very poor and very light weight.
It lasted 4 weeks before the poles that hold up the netting began to rupture. (Only one child had been using it)
No comeback from this company.
Advised to stay well away and don't purchase from them.

Customer service is very bad. No response from emails. Still waiting to get a refund/return. Can't contact by phone. Very frustrating

The treadmill broke less than two months after purchase, apparent engine overload.

When we got in touch with the technical support, they told us they were not able to send someone to repair it, nor collect it and replace it, but that they were only able to send the piece to replace (in this case the engine) along with detailed instructions to replace it ourselves.

The piece was indeed shipped and arrived before Xmas, but the box it came with had a huge hole, big enough to fit one hand, and no instructions. We're still not sure if anything was stolen from inside the box, since we got no reply when we complained about this last week, and we have no idea how to replace the engine. Basically, we're stuck with a treadmill that is not working, and even if we wanted to take a loss and get rid of it we would have to pay for a skip.

Highly defective items, and non existent support. NOT RECOMMENDED IN THE SLIGHTEST.

Bought a treadmill off these guys a few days ago, good enough product, good enough price and they offered Free Delivery - Result I thought.

Turns out the reason they offer Free Delivery it would seem is that they use a “Courier” who just slings the Box onto a lorry, drives to your house and leaves it on the driveway, claiming it’s too heavy to lift. That’s right, they leave a €600 (although I reckon if I’d spent €1,000 or maybe €5,000 they’d have done the same thing) cardboard box on your driveway in December, in Galway - which for those who are unaware is not a place known for it’s Sunny and Dry weather at the best of times.

There was no attempt to contact me prior to delivery to see if I’d be in and to see if I could help the Driver move the box, the first we knew about it, the “Courier” was driving away from the house without letting us know he’d “Delivered” our package.

Do yourself a favour buy from somebody else. My personal recommendation would be McSport or Fitness Equipment Ireland - they deliver your products with care.

I was pretty upset after i saw the reviews here, I thought i was about to be scammed... but i just got my treadmill after 1 week of purchase and Im over the moon :) .. everything came in perfect condition. So far so good, I can't wait to try it on and give a proper review about the quality of the product.

Purchased an air hockey table this time last year and realised that it had a crack on the table the size of the cereal bowl dispite many emails and the promise of a new table top I have never received it. As others have said I wish I read the reviews before I purchased.

I bought an exercise bike (Body Train Racer ) in June of 2020. I used it extensively over the last 17 months without any problems. In the last two weeks I encountered an issue with the bike,contacted the company and despite it being well out of warranty they gave me the part free as a gesture of goodwill. They were at all times very courteous and dealt with the problem very quickly. I gladly give them a 5 star review.

This company flagged and removed my review a year ago and hace made it impossible to repost it.

wow where to start. fyi this "company" is 3 people they make it feel like its a whole team but it is more than likely 3 people working out of their kitchen. My senior mother got a faulty treadmill off them had a nasty fall etc but thats not the issue. faults happen at manufacturer's hands. but oh wow the service after this has been appauling. I called on a Monday within 14 day full refund time frame, to inform them we would be returning TM and arrange pick up etc. The only guy there Alex he owns the "company" said pick up would be in 48 hours he would send confirmation and details etc via email. Fyi we have NEVER received and correspondence throughout this entire ordeal no emails,phone calls etc. so Wednesday comes no word from courier so i call AGAIN, the girl has no idea about arranged pick up etc she arranges now for Friday. friday comes 3pm still no courier, i call AGAIN, oh it'll def be picked up by end of business. 5 pm no pick up. luckily we had shipping info from drop off Toga freight-so we call them, theyve no invoice or idea of this pick uo on their scehdule, says they only received it fri morn. Fyi toga freight were FANTASTIC highly recommend so so helpful. So they tell us they will pick it up Monday so we arrange pick up ourselves with toga freight.
TM gets collected then nothing no word from irish sports warehouse so more expensive calls ensue. they say its not been delivered to their ware house , we have delivery info with the guy who signed for it on their end and delivery time, confirmation etc after directly dealing with the DX section at toga freight. More promised phonecalls unreturned by sports warehouse, finally they acknowledge they have treadmill and that inspection takes 72 hours even though TM has been sitting at their facility already for 72 hours at this stage un- inspected.
At this stage i proceed with informing alex i am not calling anymore and that if money is not refunded by end of the following week my solicitor will be in touch. I ask fir managers name, he says its Alex but cant give me surname for security purposes, give me a break. I say well thats you ALEX you dont know your surname? then i ask fir address he says eh let me just find that, i say so you dont know your name or the address of where you work?? at this stage now i know hes going to give me fake info, i tell him to stop wasting my time and i wont be calling again. At no time did anyone apologise for any of this appauling behaviour. I hang up and we get refunded 5 days later our money. no apology, one phone call to say money being refunded but no apology and that's the only call they ever made.
I cannot berate a company enough absolutely disgraceful. IF you have no problem with your equipment you might be ok but i would stay so so clear of this Alex guy, and his shifty set up. timeline was 3 weeks before money refunded and only after i threatened legal action.
