Ordered poles took over 3 weeks to try…
Ordered poles took over 3 weeks to try to attempt delivery then there delivery team lied about trying to deliver 3 times so didn’t receive my goods called 3 times for a refund to be told someone will get back to me never happened this mistake put my job back over 1 week and and the after service was not great Shane really as I was going to have my fleet of vans fitted with there systems and poles but with a service like that I have gone elsewhere

Our records confirm that UPS attempted to deliver your order three separate times. The items were out for delivery 5 days from the point of your order, not 3 weeks. Any assertions to the contrary are incorrect. We acknowledge that delivery issues are inconvenient, but we made concerted efforts to get your products to you as promised.
Regarding your refund request, it was processed promptly upon your request. Any claims that suggest otherwise are misleading. The refund has been completed, and the funds should be in your account.
