Bought a water fed pole and hose reel very impressed with it need to still set it up but looks great , super fast delivery took 1 day to come definitely recommend! Thank you

Our records indicate that delivery was attempted on the Tuesday (following your order being placed on the Sunday, dispatch on Monday). I can see that you have now received your goods. Would you please consider amending your review?

Confusing website layout

Liked next day delivery. Didn't like website as you have to click on each option of the dropdown and but each little part of a clip separately. Also to add there are no photos to show what bits you've clicked on. Didn't like that I wasn't provided with a receipt of purchase either.

Terrible cheeky customer service

I had a email saying my delivery was due and would be with me by the end of the day )this was a Friday) it never came I rang the delivery company Ionic use and they said it won't be coming until Monday. I needed this item for work so had to go somewhere else to buy it so I've cancelled the parcel from ionic. Update when I rang Friday ionic says ring back when you receive it and we will refund you and send a courier to collect it. I rang back to a nasty cheeky guy saying we won't accept a return but if you want to send it back you pay for delivery I asked to speak to a manager he says no I'm not putting a manager on your not getting a return. This is a nasty company that I won't be using again and hopefully people reading this don't use them either

Upon reviewing the situation, including a recording of the conversation, our sales team confirmed that we were fully prepared to issue a refund for your order, in line with our standard practices. It was explained that while we would accept the return, we do not cover the cost of redelivery, as is standard procedure.

Unfortunately, during this discussion, your behaviour towards our staff became rude and aggressive, with threats directed at one of our team members. While we strive to provide excellent service, we do not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our staff. As a result, we have decided to cease doing business with you in the future.

We regret that this situation has escalated, but it is important to maintain mutual respect in all interactions. If you have any further questions or require clarification, please feel free to email us at info@ionicsystems.com

Was super fast delivery. Was a smashing price that was lest them other sites. Well packed and received without any issues at all. Will use again in the future

An absolute no brainer!

I have a reach and wash system, and RoofWand from ionic and they have both revolutionised my business. Great communication, super fast and efficient delivery and brilliant products. A no brainier for any exterior cleaning operation.
The the sales and after sales team are superb. I’ve never seen a more comprehensive company for exterior cleaning products.
