I’m a returning customer
I’m a returning customer, I was looking for a cheaper back up pair of scissors when I came across the scissor hand sale, I thought I’d give a pair a try they were just over £100 reduced from £300, I couldn’t believe the quality of them, so went straight back in for another pair for later down the line. That was last year, just thought I’d have look on the website, and to my disbelief they are still for sale so got another pair. If there is a better pair of scissors on the market for that price please let me know. Speak to Linda, as good as customer service you will get! And no I don’t know anyone, or am friends with anyone that works for this company!

Absolutely the worst tailor I have been…
Absolutely the worst tailor I have been to. She accepted a job she obviously couldn’t do and lacks skill, customer service skills and communication. I had a dress the didn’t fit, I asked if she could add a corset back. She accepted and I paid the full amount on the day. She didn’t update me when the dress was finished and was very rude upon collection. She did the alterations a day before and it shows. The quality was terrible. She ignored me and when she responded she was very rude lacked empathy considering this was my birthday dress. There are so many tailors and I happens to go to the worst person ever. Honestly I never wrote bad reviews but I had to warn anyone out there of this woman. 0/10 do not bother wasting your money here

Ashley is amazing I had trouble with a pair of scissors, emailed them and Ashley was straight on to my problem and with in a week it was all sorted out
