I have recently moved into a new flat…
I have recently moved into a new flat and after paying a £45 moving in charge for nothing i was then told there was a standing charge or £1.46 per day! Which is a complete rip off and absolutely discusting to charge people so much just to have access heating and hot water. A lot of the time the meter doesn't connect with the app so you cant tell how much credit you have or there or the hot water will get cut off. Its a pointless company that are just taking peoples money for no reason.

Darren was super helpful and triple checked the boiler and all the hot water taps! So glad to have hot water back
