Asked for assistance with regard to a photo booth event. Spoke to a lovely lady (Mel), who managed to put together a great package at an excellent price. Great customer service and communication. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a costume at around 9:00 am and it was ready to collect only later that day. I was served by Melanie, who was really helpful, friendly and professional, ensuring I had everything I needed before I left. So good that I recommended them the same day!

I collected an order today and was served by Melanie. I wanted to add an extra item and Melanie was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her and the team.
I am a frequent customer and would never go anywhere else for fancy dress because they never disappoint.

I went to collect an order with my daughter. We were served by Melanie, who was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her assistant , Zara was also amazing, she went in and out of the warehouse for us after we were informed by Melanie that other items we had not been able to order online were actually in stock. Our visit was Monday 6th June 2022.

Ordered a golden tailcoat online to collect from the warehouse. Turned up an hour later and was spoken to by Melanie, who was fantastic! She helped to find some more items that I needed for the outfit I am putting together, whilst poor old Zara had to keep going back and forward to the warehouse to grab the items! Fantastic customer service, really friendly staff and I would highly recommend them and their services!

I ordered an outfit for my husband last minute.com, it arrived and was too small and I had an issue with my e-mails and could not find the order (I think maybe user error) . I therefore called direct and Melanie was amazing , she found my order etc and was able to re order another waistcoat over the phone. Exceptional service and so very friendly and helpful. Amazing 🤩 just watch out for sizing should say 2 sizes bigger than normal !!!!

I made an order on the website and I made a mistake with my order so I requested it to be cancelled. I simply sent them an email then I quickly got a response saying my order has been cancelled and I got a full refund. Very quick and easy!

Absolutely excellent, prompt service - my order arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately it was missing one piece but after email correspondence with Melanie who was very helpful, I received it, again within a couple of days. I am really impressed with the professional, friendly, helpful staff & the company as a whole & would definitely recommend to others. Unbelievable service, ordered 40 Vikings costumes and accessories midday and 4 big boxes arrived about 10:00hrs the following day. Southend to West Cumbria, other end and opposite corner of the country. Excellent price and quality, Bradford City will think they've been invaded.

Item I ordered was not correct size for me. I was offered an exchange and sent clear instructions on what to do.
