Extremely happy with the customer…
Extremely happy with the customer service regarding a late delivery, Donna from the company advised if I returned the item as no longer needed that I would receive the full amount and postage. This was received within days.
Have no hesitation in using this company in the future.

These guys are real life savers!
I got let down by another company & these guys went above & beyond especially Melanie.
I hadn’t realised that due to covid they only did click & collect from their shop & warehouse, but they were super friendly, super helpful, they managed to locate a witch’s outfit & nose for me, their customer service was second to none and I cannot recommend them enough!

Fab company! My order was delayed and then returned by royal mail damaged. Melanie was straight on the phone to let me know what had happened and arranged a replacement to be delivered the following day. Superb customer service 🤩
