No problems at all using this seller. The item purchased was despatched immediately with good communication. The only slight comment would be that the Tresor bracelet did not come in a Tresor Box. This wasn't a problem for me as I had one that I could put it in that I'd had from a previous bracelet. Other than this, everything was perfect and reasonably priced compared to other jewellers.

I ordered a nomination charm for my daughter's birthday which is in January. It arrived in the post two days later. The only thing I haven't managed to work out is how to construct the flat pack cardboard box, otherwise I am thrilled with my purchase. I just hope she likes it.

Order placed on 11th of December. I have still not received item. Emailed your customer service but no response as when it will arrive.

On making an order on line there were problems when it came to paying. The site advised not to click again but to contact them to avoid potentially paying twice. To contact the company you left an on line message. I was called back within 3 hours and they were able to confirm that no payments had been taken. The person on the phone then double checked that the items I had ordered were in stock and once this was confirmed took payment over the phone. I was advised that the items would be dispatched that same day ( this was at 15:30) and the items arrived by 13: the next day. Excellent customer service, would definitely reconmmend

I ordered a charm in the evening & it arrived the next again day! Well packaged & exactly as ordered. I was delighted.

I had seen the rings in a shop that were unable to sell them due to being discontinued, so searched the internet, and straight away came across your site. The rings are in memory of my daughter and are perfect, although one ring was unavailable you were able to provide a recommended replacement which was spot on!...... the only downfall is they were double the price that I had seen them in the shop for and arrived in bag without a box with no protection.
