A fabulous company to deal with.
I ordered my imenso earrings from you. I live in Ireland and I would have had to wait 2 weeks to get them from my local jewellers. I ordered the earrings from you last Thursday and received them this morning. Absolutely thrilled with them, the service and the shipping. Will definitely be back to shop again.

Bering earrings to wear within 24 hours with free standard delivery!
I wanted some Bering earrings to match my watch. These were perfect and up to the usual Bering standard. My purchase went smoothly and was with me the very next day with standard free delivery. Would highly recommend.

Not value for money
I bought this for my daughter's birthday. It looked just the right thing on line as she does prefer leather jewellery but I was disappointed with the tag that is attached. It was tarnished. Therefore makes it look worth a lot less than I paid for it! At £59 it is expensive.
It is a nice slim leather strap (which I wanted) and as I am going to take off the tag and use my own charm, I decided to keep it.
I must say the service and delivery was excellent, I could not quite believe how quickly it came in first class post. Just a shame i was disappointed with the gold.

Outstanding place to shop.
I love your website & shop, I wouldn't think about anywhere else to buy the nomination bracelets & charms for them.
For christmas I bought my 3 of my friends the bracelet & also bought charms for relatives charms for bracelets they already had.
Since christmas I have bought friends charms to go with there bracelet & will continue doing so in the further.
The price & the delivery time is brilliant you couldn't ask for a better place to shop.

Excellent, friendly and informative service.
I would recommend anyone to use either the identity stops or the identity on line service.
All the Staff are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The range of goods for gifts or treats are extensive, to suit all size pockets. The goods are of very high quality.
The on line service is user friendly, with easy navigation, and clear processes to follow.
I have always been very satisfied with my purchases, both shop and on line. When shopping on line I received my goods promptly - very satisfied.

Outstanding service and value for money!
I ordered a Chamilia charm, the price by far was the most competitive in comparison to all other Chamilia stockists, and not only that free delivery too! I placed my order early Wednesday morning by 10am dispatched email received and Thursday charm had arrived, ! The packaging was lovely as all the Chamilia packaging had been applied. Very very pleased with Identy Jewllers. I was a new customer buying for the first time, but guarnteed will be returning for all my jewellery needs and have recommended to family and friends.
