A fantastic experience from start to finish. I purchased a beautiful 1984 Rolex Oyster Perpetual in yellow gold with a champagne dial, presented in almost unworn condition and fitted with a superb Hermès strap from the owner's personal collection.
The in-store experience with Tracey and co-owner Justin was exceptional,, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about vintage watches.
The watch itself is everything I could have hoped for: a one-owner piece complete with its original box, papers, and purchase receipt. A truly special find, and I couldn't be happier.

Really good experience. Staff really knowledgeable and helpful. I was dealing with them remotely but they answered all my questions very quickly. The Watch was dispatched immediately. It's in immaculate condition, exactly as described.

I'd been waiting for this Patek Gondola to appear on the UK market for quite some time and the example at The Watch Club was exquisite, It was a pleasure to deal with Matt who was a perfect emissary for the Company. The price agreed was very fair and the watch arrived in superfast time. Well done.

I ordered my husband a watch for Christmas on November 30th and it was not here in time for Christmas yesterday. Customer service cannot tell me when it will arrive. They did, however, already charge my account for the purchase nearly a month ago. Horrible experience with this company.
