Ordered my record cubes before reading Trustpilot reviews. At order time they did state up to 15 weeks - although this wasn't appealing I hadn't found any equivalent products and of course their pricing was very attractive. Got to about 10 weeks and no communication (something I think they should consider improving because of the long delivery time frame. So I emailed them and no response after a few days. I then looked for reviews and of course read the poor feedback here at TP. Alarm bells started to ring (I had trouble with another, unrelated, individual selling specialist hi-fi products and his feedback was marginally better!!). I sent a more strongly worded email and got an immediate response including that they do not encourage their customers to use Trustpilot and therefore what is seen on TP is imbalanced. Perhaps they have so many customers they do not need any more - i.e. those potentially lost by reading these reviews. Strange business model. Anyway, communication improved drastically from then on and my cubes arrived 3-4 days later. They are a simple design, heavy mdf and feel very strong. Nothing fancy about these at all (good thing). Which does beg the question in my mind why it takes up to 15 weeks to produce - their order book must be substantial! And this brings me back around to my original point of their business model. So maybe I've answered my own questions.
I'd definitely recommend i-cubes, however my suggestion is to make contact with them before an order and ask questions around delivery requirements/expectations. Perhaps they bump up such requests in their schedules. I will be ordering more in the future using such an approach.
Terrible service
I ordered a LP storage unit in July. I had previously bought one and knew there would be a bit of a wait for it but this time was ridiculous.Despite numerous e-mails asking for an up-date on delivery times I had no response at all. After 20 weeks I raised a concern with paypall and this provoked a response but still no estimate of delivery. As the expiry date for taking action was approaching I had no alternative but to raise a dispute and paypall refunded my money.
I Cubes are still offering discounts and sale priced. They would be better retailers by sorting out their supply times and customer relations.
Good product but rubbish service
Good product but rubbish service. Ordered in June, delivered December after calls, emails and missed promised delivery dates. Website is misleading as you do not find out until after you've ordered and paid that it may take up to 12 weeks to get your order. In the end it took 26 weeks!! Not recommended.

I concur with all those other 1 star reviews. Just amazing they can get away with this. No service and complete misrepresentation of their intentions to supply (they don’t) and lame excuses.

Awful company to deal with. Will not reply to any messages or answer phone when trying to get information on order or when totally fed up trying to cancel order.
Quickly take your money and then tell you it will take up to 15 weeks to complete order!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL
Ordered four units on 6th June, finally delivered on 21st September. One of the units was received damaged, Customer Services were informed by phone immediately, I was advised that a replacement would be sent out to me "as a priority". Chased them up by email on 25th September as nothing more heard, the reply was "I will let you know". Further email sent on 6th October, no reply. Called them on 16th October when I was advised that a replacement unit would be sent out to me on Monday 22nd October for delivery on Tuesday 23rd October. Called them on 23rd October to confirm that the delivery would be made, was told that their couriers do not make deliveries on Tuesdays! Asked them why I was told that the item would be sent out on a Monday if there was no courier service, they didn't know. Finally lost patience and requested a refund for the damaged unit. Wish I'd read other reviews before becoming involved with this company, the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Reason given after six months was supplier issues.
Requests for a refund of my £320 have not been acknowledged or responded to. I will no be forced to have my solicitor pursue the matter via the Small Claims Court.
Do not go anywhere near this company. They take your order, payment and then fail to deliver.

I think this company may be eligible for an award in the "special" or "unique" category. They manage to set previously unachieved levels of poor customer service and blame "plywood" for their own failures. I have no idea if their products are any good or not as after multiple fruitless attempts to obtain a delivery date, I just cancelled the order. I just wish I had been on this site before I made the order.

Rang up and asked if all the reviews were really true... assured that the delivery would be a couple of weeks. Well I took a chance, and no goods at all July - September. Rubbish service, no contact at all. I assume they have run away with my money and contacted a rude man who wouldn’t give his name but didn’t sound too intelligent. A total waste of time and energy, do not waste yours. Juno.co.uk or Ikea Kallax are much better and you won’t have to wait months for nothing to arrive at all and waste your money.
Gave up after 6 month wait
Ordered in March and still not delivered on 2 September. Delivery estimate was 1 to 12 weeks, and from previous experience this company is slow. But after 6 months I had to assume my order was never going to be fulfilled and I cancelled. It's a shame as the products from previous orders were good quality, but that's pointless when they sit on your money for six months and do nothing. You were warned!
Ordered in April, still no delivery...
I ordered a double-cube vinyl storage unit in April 2018 and as of today (2 September 2018) I have still not received it. This is crazy for what is a such a small piece of furniture. The company have also failed to provide an estimated delivery, and my last two emails have been ignored. How can they continue to have price promotions when they are still fulfilling orders placed over four months ago? From the other poor reviews I expect the unit will eventually turn up, but I would definitely not recommend anybody ordering from this company unless you wish to be ignored and messed around with.

I do not believe the last two reviews - they have probably been made by the company.
I ordered 8 boxes in April 2018 with a promise of delivery in 3 weeks. Now the 29th August and NO delivery. I have been promised delivery dates twice over the months but now no delivery, no communication and no response to my requests.
I will now get a credit back from the credit card company. My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not the quickest but I've ordered more - says it all
I just received my first ever icubes. I see that others have had lots of problems but me experience was that they said 3 months and came in a day early ( though I phoned a week ahead as i was getting worried) Unlike another company I've been dealing with recently not only was the guy really helpful but actually phoned back very quickly with an update. I like the cubes and the sustainability of their materials. I like them enough to have ordered more knowing they won't arrive quickly!

I bought two DVD Storage cubes a couple of years ago and waited quite a time for delivery. As I liked the product I decided to order two more.
That was on May 22nd. My paypal payment went through that day. It is now August 13th and still no sign of my storage cubes.
I emailed the company some time ago and after waiting a couple of weeks eventually got a reply quoting delivery at the end of July. Well - here we are in the middle of August and still no storage cubes.
I am beginning to wonder if this company is still trading or if I can say goodbye to the money I paid up front, for nothing.

Having ordered an ICube storage unit about 3 years ago without any issues, we didn't have any inkling the next time around would be so radically different. Unfortunately we can only concur with everyone else as our experience has been exactly the same as the previous reviewers. 2 incredibly simple CD storage units ordered in February, arrived yesterday (August 8th)ie 6 months later. You could build a whole house in that time. Communication is non-existent. Nothing from iCube to keep us updated and no apology either, despite taking our money upfront. Ignore their lead-time info which is a work of fiction. We could possibly understand if we were ordering something which was bespoke or of complex design, but these units are such a basic design it's almost laughable. Would we order from them again? No. Would we recommend iCube? No. Caveat emptor!!

Wish I had read these reviews before putting my money down. Paid for a vinyl storage unit in April, its now July and every promised deadline has been missed. Will be calling my bank tomorrow to issue a charge back on the transaction.

Without hyperbole this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. As previous reviews have noted they are very poor communicating with customers and the lengthy time for goods to arrive is laughable. After getting sick of waiting, I said that I would require a refund if they could not meet a said date. The date came and two out of four of my items arrived. When I eventually got on the phone to them they said they had a problem with distributing - and put it down to poor communication. Incompetence I think is more fitting. Avoid at all costs, and then avoid again.

If I don't hear back this week I will be looking at what action I can take to report them to the relevant authorities. Just RUDE.
