I rented such a beautiful dress from Hirestreet to wear to a wedding. The process is really easy. It’s a much more sustainable way to shop ensuring we aren’t creating dresses to be worn once and then never again. Will definitely be using this again.

Amazing service and company. I use them for every single wedding, hen do, holiday and big event now - and I get to wear lovely clothes that I would never buy for myself. Outfits always arrive on time, and on the very few occasions there have been little issues the customer service has been fantastic. They get new stuff frequently too so I can try different dresses. Thank you!

Absolutely love HireStreet! I haven't bought an outfit for a wedding for over 2 years (7 weddings in total). The service from these guys is amazing and the outfits are gorgeous. I honestly can't ever see myself buying an outfit for a wedding ever again.

Really happy with my order! Items were clean and excellent condition - actually arrived slightly before my rental period. I got loads of compliments on the dress I chose to wear, and received a credit code very quickly for the item I hadn’t worn. Have recommended this service to friends.

I'd ordered to hire a dress and as the date was approaching I realised I would not be able to fit into it. I emailed and by the next working day they had cancelled the order and issued a refund. They make it so easy to use and I love the variety on the site. Still my fave hire site.

Ive hired a few dresses now with hirestreet and the communication from the team is always great. I love the fact I can order an outfit in advance of an event to check fit etc then send back and receive credit to hire it for the actual event! This has been amazing for me as something that has put me off hiring in the past is not knowing until it arrives whether it'll fit or not. If I don't like the style I can put the credit towards something else! Rental credit codes are always sent over really promptly too.

I'd love it if they could implement some kind of 'premier delivery' type subscription you could buy to save on postage in the future☺️

Very efficient delivery and the dress was gorgeous

Customer service was brilliant, can't fault it, they helped with an issue I had with the dress hired.
Unfortunately the dress did have a zipper issue which meant I couldn't wear it as planned, but the dress was beautiful and I would hire one again.

I love HIRESTREET! I have gotten dresses 2 times now and every time I have been really happy with them. I feel like it is such a waste to constantly buy dresses for special occasions and weddings, and most of the time you end up never wearing them again. Also I can never find a dress I really like last minute but Hirestreet has delivered every time! Highly recommend! Also the garments arrive in plastic free packaging which is a👍🏼from me.

I’ve ordered from Hirestreet three times and the customer service has been amazing every time. I recently had a potential delay with an order and Lucy was communicative, friendly and prompt in getting in touch. She managed resolve the original delay so my order arrived at the time I’d chosen but she had also arranged a back up outfit just in case.

I hired a lovely Tiffany jumpsuit, only to find out when it came the trouser legs were about 2 foot long.Even with the tallest of people and 6inch heels,it was still overall a foot and a half too long.I think you would need to b at least 6 foot tall.Thankfully I hired it for a month,so I cud make sure it fit and if it didn't it gave me chance to buy something else.which I've had to do.

Delivered early and dress fit perfect

I have used this company before and it’s been fine but my last experience has shown a little uncertainty to the way it works. Due to issues with Royal Mail my outfit was stuck in Glasgow and I live in Northern Ireland. It didn’t arrive for my event and so I was left in a last minute panic to put something together. I was also emailed a few days before dispatch to say that my chosen outfit wasn’t available anymore (due to the last person either damaging it or late returning it) so I then wasted an hour or so scrolling through the website to find 3 alternatives which I didn’t even end up with in the end. This experience has put me off a bit in future as I love to feel organised and there is a high level of uncertainty things won’t go to plan. This was for a night out- if it was for a more prestigious event I would have found the whole thing extremely stressful. Disappointing.
