I love Hirestreet, they have such a great range of clothes for really good prices. It is so simple to order/return and I've worn some things that are amazing!! My only wish is they didn't use Evri for deliveries as I find this delivery service to be very unreliable with lots of delays.

Beautiful dresses, simple process
The dresses from Hirestreet are always immaculate and it’s such a simple process. I’ve used them for over a year and it means I can always wear a beautiful new dress to an event for such a small price compared to their rrp.

Lovely experience with Hirestreet
Lovely experience with Hirestreet. I Hired a dress for a wedding, beautiful dress in great condition, I wasn’t sure how to return as I hadn’t made an account, so I emailed for help, got a reply almost immediately and issue solved. Great customer service! I have used hirestreet before for events and it is such a great idea for times when you want to wear something special for a fraction of the price and good for the planet!

Amazing company and customer service
Amazing company and customer service. First time I’ve ever used a clothes hiring site and I will definitely be using it again.
I had a wedding to attend in Cyprus and I wanted a few dress options that look expensive without spending £100s as I knew I would only wear the dress once.
The delivery was fast and the returning of the items was so easy.
I would definitely recommend ordering from them for occasion wear.

I’ve used Hirestreet multiple times and it’s been such a lifesaver for events! Often weddings in the same friendship group and not wanting to rewear, Hirestreet arrives quickly, fits beautifully everytime and is so easy to return. Wonderful customer service, easy to use!
Hirestreet has excellent customer service - any time I have had an issue, the kind customer service reps have resolved the issue quickly and professionally. The team makes it easy to rent 5 items per month, with quick delivery and easy return. Also, the sales on clothes you want to keep are phenomenal deals. My only wish is for more work/every day wear (rather than a focus on event wear).

I absolutely love hirestreet. Top quality items and really great communications. Would be good to be able to send something back for free in a couple of days of receiving if the sizing is wrong but that’s the gamble you take!

Hirestreet is great and I would highly recommend for anyone who can afford. It’s genuinely a really good deal; £39 for 3 items every month is a lot less than what some people spend every month on clothes they only even wear once before throwing away! However, it’s just too much for me currently, but I’ll definitely use it for future big events etc. The customer support is top notch and there are so many clothing options.

It was my first time using HireStreet…
It was my first time using HireStreet and they were great! The clothes were all fantastic, the customer service was excellent and the whole experience was really positive. I would highly recommend. Especially for getting a few items to spruce up your holiday wardrobe.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! Delivery is super quick, with orders arriving the very next day, and there’s a great selection of outfits to choose from. Any questions or issues are resolved almost instantly via WhatsApp or email, and replacement items are sent out the following day.
I also love that you’re rewarded for leaving honest feedback, and the option to pay a small fee to keep the clothes and purchase previously hired items is brilliant.
Overall, it’s such a fantastic service for busy, career-driven women who work full-time while juggling events, family life and young children. It makes finding something great to wear so much easier!

I thought this was sustainable??
I thought this was a sustainable fashion platform, but the clothing “rented” is brand new with tags and then is sold (either on the website or on their dedicated eBay page) at discount pricing. Nothing is worn twice. A lot of the brands are rated very poorly on the Good For You App too, so it basically is a fast fashion, “try before you buy” service

To be completely transparent: one of our primary missions is landfill diversion.
Every year, millions of brand-new, end-of-season, and surplus garments are destroyed or sent straight to landfill by fashion brands simply to clear warehouse space. We step in to rescue this brand-new stock directly from brands before that happens.
Because these are excess inventory items rather than pre-loved donations, they arrive with tags intact. Offering them through rental and discounted re-homing (via our site and eBay) gives these garments an extended life cycle and a loving home instead of letting them head straight to landfill.
Regarding brand ratings: fast fashion and mass-market brands produce the largest share of global textile waste. While we champion sustainable brands, turning away surplus stock from mainstream brands would mean letting thousands of perfectly good garments go straight to waste.
By rescuing this stock and keeping it in circulation, we’re keeping real waste out of landfills. We’re always working to refine our model, and we really appreciate you starting this conversation - it sounds like your recent order captured the majority of our latest "new drop" stock but I hope this helps to explain why items were not yet worn.

Great service and product
Hirestreet is great for rotating my wardrobe and letting me try beautiful clothes that I otherwise wouldn't buy for myself. Perfect for wedding guest outfits, as well as summer dresses and office work wear, I've loved using this subscription service. Delivery has always been quick and customer service has been helpful. I've recommended it to many of my friends because it's been so great. The option to buy pieces after renting for a big discount is also good. Using Hirestreet has allowed me to save money on buying new clothes whilst also getting to wear new-to-me items. Would highly recommend.

Hirestreet is amazing
I love using Hirestreet as an alternative to buying fast fashion. I initially started using them for events (who wants to buy an expensive dress every time they're invited to a wedding!) but I recently rented items for holiday and it made packing so much easier, and I didn't need to buy anything new for my trip. Renting one off is great value but the subscription service is even better! Renting is made really easy with local drop off locations and the range of items available to rent is brilliant. I recommend hirestreet to everyone I know.

Excellent clothing rental service
Excellent clothing rental service. I have used hirestreet for around 2-3 years now throughout the years and seasons. I find the subscription great to choose five new items to rent for 4 weeks and I have often kept 1-2 items. Quick delivery post ordering and great for gorgeous dresses!
