What a breath of fresh air visiting this repair shop today. After realising I had a flat tyre whilst I had two clients with me I was supporting in the community. I didn’t know the area and had dropped into two other tyre repair workshops, Kwikfit and Halfords and neither could help me. I was pointed across the road to HiQ in Stratford. The young lad was so helpful. He used the stuff in my boot to get the tyre solid as a temporary measure so I could get the clients home then ordered a tyre so I could call back later that day to have the new tyre fitted. Everyone in the garage were lovely, so helpful and their customer service was second to none. Josh was the person who served me and the mechanic was Harry. Both these lads deserve a pay rise they were amazing thanks so much. These lads know the meaning of great service

HiQ Stratford upon avon, I bought two front tires and asked to do alignment. Meanwhile I went for coffee to the macdonalds across the street so that all the time I could see my car from the restaurant window. The gentlemen didn't even drive it inside, changed the tires in front of the garage door, so I figured they'd probably forgotten to do alignment . But no, when I asked, they said the alignment had been checked and done, which, of course, I had to pay for.

Excellent service, knowledgable and friendly staff. Tyres online were good price. Mechanic advised what to look for on my car as he'd had similar one previously. Been there before and found them excellent again.

Just had a problem with my exhaust so called in for help. I was met by very pleasant and helpful team who immediately assest the problem and soon sorted me out and got me on my way. Well done lads and a big thank you.

Was able to book at short notice, got a call to confirm booking, they were flexible with the time the tyres could be fitted and then phoned me after to let me know as soon as the work was done. Good service, good comms, good price as well.

My Mum and I arrived in Stratford-upon-Avon for a short break on Wednesday 29th June at around 5pm, and my exhaust was falling off- the bracket had broken. I was really worried as to how we would get back home, and luckily our hotel was across the road from HiQ- a lovely man there with a cap (unfortunately didn't get his name!) was so so helpful, and really saved us and made our day! He got to work right away and permanently fixed the exhaust. He was very kind and we are very grateful and appreciated his help very much! He also gave me an explanation to a long running problem I have with the car not starting after long journeys. Would love him to get some recognition for his excellent work and customer service.

Excellent, friendly service. Were prepared for my appointment, and fitted tyres within time they suggested.

I called in on spec in my Peugeot 3008, running on my spare tyre. I had a slow puncture in a wheel in the boot. I asked if they could fix it and they said they could if I could leave it for a couple of hours. Within an hour and a half they rang to say the job was done - nail removed from tyre, repaired and refitted, spare returned, warning lights reset. Price £25.00.

Excellent professional quick service by Terry and Joe at Stratford centre. Having had a horrific morning with a blow out on our caravan wheel these two gentleman went over and above to ensure we got on our way. I highly recommend this centre. Thankyou👍

Two bit apney garage employing cowboys. I took my car here 2/3 months ago as I thought the tracking was out on my car, they had a look and said it was fine. I also took it 4 weeks ago as my breaks were making a grinding and popping noise the lad took a look and said it was probably a small stone stuck between the pads and it would losen itself. My Car was still majorly pulling to the left so i took it to another garage and the tracking was majorly out. Its going back to the other garage tomorrow as the breaks are still playing up and making the same noises so we'll see whats actually wrong tomorrow. Ive heard nothing but bad things about this place, from other people who have used them- from damaging cars and charging for work they've not done. Avoid this place like the dam plague

Went there to get new wheels fitted took 4 hours but that was not the end. They fitted new alloys that I provided and they were not fitted properly. Went back a 2nd time after the nuts came lose and still never told me they were fitted wrong. Went to an idependant garage and they told me not to drive the car the wheels were fitted wrong and were dangerous. They said that the wheels could have come off and at best the car would have been badly damaged at worst I could have been killed if the wheels came off. Despite contacting head office no one has got back to me. I would highly recommend to Keep Away from this place

ordered tyres online made a booking when i got there gave me some rubbish about wrong tyres being sent. they were not interested worst customer service ever.be warned

Being a key worker (nhs nurse) I am relying on my car a lot at the moment I unfortunately managed to get a puncture and went to hi q the guys there fixed it for me and didn’t even charge me they looked over the whole car checked my oil and water and made sure it was safe and reliable I really was amazed at the generosity from them thank you so much hi q i will be back I am so great full
