The service at this garage was amazing-I had flat tyre but did expect the service to be so quick they showed me the problem and then explained what they were going to do-they also put the tyre back on without being asked-would certainly recommend-a big thanks to Becky and Ben for all their help👏👏

This was my first time visiting HiQ Tyres & Autocare, and I had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well looked after by Rebecca. I had four new Goodyear tyres fitted on my VW Golf last week. The customer service was friendly, helpful and excellent, and the tyre fitting and wheel balancing was completed very well. I would definitely recommend HiQ to anyone needing care for their car.

Have used Rebecca before when she worked at HiQ Banbury so I didn’t hesitate to follow her to HiQ Stratford when I needed work doing on my car. Superb service as always!

Took the car for a pre-mot, the things that were bought up as a fail or advisories were all seen to. Come the mot the car fails in something that should have been noticed in the pre-mot, also extra adviceries included. Not happy with this service at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Very pleasant and experienced staff at Stratford on Avon who promptly and efficiently dealt with a slightly out of the ordinary tyre problem.

The staff were very helpful in sorting out the issues with my car and providing an MOT for me. There were some problems that had to be overcome, but nothing was too much of a problem and we got there in the end!

I had a puncture and tried two other tyre repair companies, but only the HiQ repairman was willing to assist. The repair was done immediately and a good explanation of the state of the tyre was given. Very pleased with their approach and assistance, would recommend them to anyone in similar circumstances.

Needed new brake pads and discs. Dropped in on chance and situation rectified immediately and courteously. Could not have asked for more from Musty! Many thanks!
