Having hit a pothole late in the day, Richard and Ethan made sure I had a lovely new tyre at a reasonable price as well as track and balance. I was so relieved. The service was exceptional. Two other tyre centres turned me away. Delighted with the attention and service. Well done Richard and the team.

I recently visited HiQ for an MOT on my Van. I was really pleased with the service from Richard and his team. Great communication & service. I won't hesitate to visit again for my next motoring requirement.

After looking at HiQ Kettering online for a price for an oil & filter change, I rang 08/01/24 to ask if I could book my car in for this. The man who took the call (? Richard) was very polite, friendly & helpful and offered an appointment for 09/01/24 at a time that was convenient for me. Richard served/greeted me on 09/01/24 and was very understanding about me being a bit late for the appointment & also not knowing exactly when I would be able to collect the car. He even said that they would ensure security of the car if I couldn’t get back on the 09/01/24. The mechanic that completed the oil & filter change was Ethan. Tyres & brakes were also visually inspected. Richard rang me to inform me when the work had been completed. Returned later to pay, Richard pleasant & friendly and provided an invoice and work report. Very happy with the friendly helpful service and very competitive price 10/10 😊 Thank you Richard & Ethan

I contacted this business after calling some others. What made this outfit different: they could not have been more helpful on the telephone, and made an appointment. I arrived (very) late for the appointment which was not made into an issue. The work was performed promptly and correctly, all the while it was apparent that the Richard (Manager) and Ethan (Mechanic) were knowledgeable and confident in matters tyre related and, importantly, dealing with customers. All in all, the experience was like the World used to be.
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.

I was due to get some work done at another garage and although I was none the wiser, people were really shocked at the price. So I called HiQ and spoke to a lovely Gentleman called Jay. He was very helpful, polite, and kept me updated with everything. I was expecting to wait atleast a day or two, but just 3 hours after dropping the car off, I received a call to say it was ready to collect!

I have used several times feel that they provide honest and trustworthy service at reasonable prices. On latest occasion went above and beyond to get necessary work done and car back to me on the day despite a mistake on my part (I did have the Locking Wheel Nut, after all😳) Thank You!

Hi can't emphasize more how grateful i am to the staff at Hi Q Tyres and Autocare. I required 4 tyres on my car, initially i had to change the date, which they were very accommodating with.
As i currently am unable to drive, one of the gentleman kindly came and collected my car, to return it later.
When the gentleman returned i just fleetingly asked if he had noticed a problem with the accelerating. Straight away he confirmed that i need a new clutch. He wasn't trying to push me into purchasing from them, but was sure that it was something i needed to act upon. He also gave me the details of what parts would be needed.
I found out the following day that i am covered by law that the dealer i purchased the car from is liable for the repair. I contacted Hi Q, and asked if they would kindly be able to email me confirmation of the diagnosis of needing a clutch.

I received an email within 20 minutes.
I can't thank them enough. Finding out your clutch needs replacing was a shock, but with their help, it has given me the much need professional confirmation i need to back up the claim with the dealer.

I have already put a review on here and at Hiq response asked me to email the information I have done this still no response I spoke to the manager yesterday of the kettering branch who yet again promised me a call back 1st thing this mornings guess what no call back

I took my car to them with termostat issuses (coolant did not reached the optimal temperature) they said thermostat was ok the sensor was the problem. They kept my car for 2 days charged me £160 and nothing has changed. Still having same problem.

A huge thankyou to Wayne the manager and Reese for going above and beyond in help;ing get my van on the road and looking after me. I called in with a coolant leak and flat tyre with only two days to spare till i have a surgery and they have rekindled my faith in people again with their kindness.

Had to get a sports exhaust fitted to my Porsche at short notice. Dan booked me in and Tom ''the new guy'' was tasked with the job. Despite being his 1st Porsche job and the fact the old exhaust was rusted in every bracket and bolt, Tom took his time and finished the job. Well done Tom you are a great asset to the HiQ Kettering Team

Kettering branch, had a great experience with them so helpful with our car and was quick and efficient to get parts and our car sorted. The whole team was polite and welcoming will definitely go back.

I recently had two tyres fitted in the Kettering Branch the guys there were brilliant and very helpful
