I've been using Hi-Q for a few years now and would never go anywhere else. Their superb, friendly customer service and fast, efficient work is what has made me return year after year for my car service and MOT. They genuinely are a pleasure to deal with. I used the Bedford branch for many years when I lived there and I use the Kettering branch where I now live. The staff and service in both branches are equally as good. I have no complaints!

Great experience today, I call them to see if they could fit my car in a day early and 2 hours later after the call, my car was done with new front discs and pads. The price was responsible and was the quoted price from book my garage website. Friendly staff as always and I have used this garage for years.

I had an excellent experience at HIQ Tyres The service was professional and efficient from start to finish. The covering manager from Wellingborough was especially impressive — very friendly, chatty, and clearly extremely knowledgeable when it came to tyres and advice. It really made the whole experience feel more personal and trustworthy.
The only thing that let it down slightly was the lack of customer facilities while waiting, such as a water machine or refreshment area. Aside from that, the service itself was spot on and I’d happily return again.

Woke up to a puncture on Saturday 16th May and due to go away for the weekend. Waited until the Kettering brach opened and can’t fault the service we received. They fitted us in straight away and the man on reception could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly pleased with the whole experience and was able to continue to our destination with no problems. Would highly recommend.

This review is for the Kettering branch, who were able to provide the service we were looking for.
We had booked a four-wheel alignment, which was carried out on time by courteous and professional staff. Clear explanations were given about what the procedure involved, and we were provided with a printout showing the before-and-after results.
We chose to visit the Kettering depot due to a complete lack of confidence and trust in the HiQ branch in Stamford. On that occasion, the receptionist—who was apparently on loan from another branch—seemed to think he could assess our needs without even inspecting the vehicle. When we requested a specific service, he dismissively told us it wasn’t necessary, without any proper evaluation.
His manner was also condescending and rude, and overall he was extremely unhelpful.

We also approached both Peterborough branch's, however at both the equipment for the alignment had failed, coincidence or.............

My car failed its MOT, which was carried out at HiQ (not their fault). Booked in to have the necessary work done and it was completed within two days, including the retest.

The mechanic accidentally broke part of the windscreen wiper assembly while getting to the suspension, and this £70 part was replaced free of charge.

Most garages would have said that it was damaged when they went to remove it. HiQ are honest to a fault.

Highly recommended.

Staff are very helpul, they keep you notified regularly, and the prices are good.

I always receive the best service from Matt and Karl at HiQ Tyres & Autocare Kettering. My MOT was smooth and completely stress-free. They are consistently professional, friendly, and very kind.

It’s hard to find a garage you can truly trust, but they always go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Incredibly slow. Had an appointment for 9:30. Barely at 11:00 they took the car and at 11:40 completed, for only 2 tyres wasted so many hours.

I had to change the time when I had to take the car in to have the work done. They were very happy to change the time as I had to be at the hospital at 11.40am . The mechanic who was working on my car found that my brake fluid needed changing as the temperature was very high. The whole waiting time was just over an hour which gave me time to go home and have a coffee before attending the hospital

Came in for mot and failed but karl and his team sorted the problems out within a few hours they were really helpful highly recommend

Discs and pads fitted today and Wayne couldn't have been more helpful. Fast to come back with a quote and fitted me in same day! Hi Q are always competitive and helpful and are my go to garage when possible!
