First time I have used HIQ in Evesham for a service. Brilliant customer service from Mark. Makes such a change to receive service with a smile and also really informative. I also thought I might have a slow puncture which they also sorted out. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you

Absolutely Excellent Service from the Guys in Evesham. At least equal to their colleagues @ Redditch, and all other Branches I have ever dealt with, Countrywide, in the whole of my 63 years driving experience.

Made to feel very welcome. Staff tried very hard to meet my expectations. Cost per tyre was very competitive too.

Directed to Hi Q by another garage who couldn't help, as we'd developed an exhaust problem on our motorhome while journeying to the South West. Not only did Sean and his team manage to squeeze us in, and on to the ramps, but they repaired the issue and got us on our way within an hour or so. Super, friendly, helpful service, and all at a very fair price. Would highly recommend. Delighted. Thank you 😊

I have bought tyre here before, but on this occasion
needed only one tyre on a nearly new car to replace a punctured one that could not be repaired. The tyre was available when I wanted it and was fitted whilst I waited.. all very efficient and courteous.

Although ordered on-line, was not asked to pay for the tyre until it had been fitted.

The cost was marginally cheaper than elsewhere and all inclusive, whereas a nearby competitor said there would be an additional charge (amount unspecified) for disposal of the old tyre.

Would recommend HiQ to anyone needing car tyres in the Evesham area

Very good service but it was not made clear MOT would be out sourced and I was not told when booklng on line what time tha5 had been booked

This was my 2nd visit in 6 months for new tyres and on both occasions staff were polite, efficient & work performed to expectations.
The same Goodyear tyres on the 2nd visit were cheeper & I'm not sure why (I ordered on line) but ok with that.
Seating is provided while I waited but the area is grubby.

First class, service, staff, informative and prompt

Job wasn’t straight forward but the guys kept me informed and did a top job. Highly recommended.

Great service, couldn’t be better

Good deal on the tyres and I received a good service if that was the only experience. However, I was told that my discs and pads were shot and was given a ridiculous quote. I took the car to another garage for the work and the first issue they had was taking one of the wheels off as the lug had ceased. They had to cut the thread off which now needs to be replaced at a cost. I phoned HiQ up to see if they would rectify their mistake as obviously they had over tightened it. Not interested and choosing to blame the other garage at the same time as telling me I should have returned the car to them to fix. Silver lining in the cloud was that the other garage saw no issue with the discs which saved me over £500.

Good tyres at great price bit a shame that they didn’t arrived when they supposed to. This caused two day delay in fitting and was little inconvenient. Some promo to compensate would be nice gesture but I think that’s just a wishful thought.

Friendly staff and quick service. Price is very good and the variety of tyres are very good.

Darren the ‘covering’ manager from another branch was a top bloke and knew his products.
Tyres were fitted with ease. Paid for tracking and the car came out with the steering wheel at an angle. Returned car for steering wheel realigned; after 20 mins, vehicle returns and I drove off - steering wheel is still out of alignment (just as much as before).
I paid £35 to have the tracking made worse and now have to pay again getting someone else to try and rectify the issue. Go figure !
I won’t be a returning customer.

Visited the Evesham branch after getting a nail in my tyre at 5pm on a Friday. They went above and beyond to fit me in and sort out a new tyre for the rest of my journey. Cannot rate them highly enough
