Bought a 2nd hand car from dealer in Aug following year looking for MOT details realise expired 2 months previous panicked as driving holiday next day. Fitted me in Quick, coffee, great service … recommend … so relieved, rescued me when dealer wouldn’t !!

Took my Series 1 for a 4 wheel alignment. Friendly staff, never pushy or rude at all, competitive pricing and a thorough job. Company feels and behaves professionally. Great advice given and car drives like a dream afterwards. Cannot fault and can recommend.

Super helpful, called me straight away for my booking for my tyre and explained different options and speed at which it could be sorted. Then when I arrived managed to sort my tyre as the nail was tiny and didn’t need replacing. So helpful at Somercoates - will be back

Friendly, helpful service from the staff at this branch and the work required on my vehicle was booked in at quite short notice. It was carried out quickly and at what I felt was a reasonable price. They are local to where I work so it makes everything easier.

I recently had an oil problem basically had poured out into the engine bay. I left my car with Hi Q and even though they were short staffed they still did it in a good amount of time.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
One of my only hates is they don't use paper mats so the floor Matt's get cakes with dirt and oil as well as my door card. Maybe a little extra care could be taken but still did a great job on the car thank you.

Tyres i wanted were not in stock,but manager very helpful and ordered them for me ,4 hours later fitted and very happy.Good service,i would recomend.

I went to the Stamford branch and the guy Steve ( I think his name was ) was great. He managed to get me in the next day from calling to book for a full service. He kept me updated by phone on the day and advised what I needed doing to pass my MOT. Will definitely go back in the future.
