Drop the car off in the morning for a major service and new brakes and was done for 3pm, staff very professional and very polite

Absolutely first class service. Dealt with James at Evesham and he could not have been better. Needed a slow puncture repairing and following a phone call this morning, took the car straight over to him and it was done pretty much there and then. Have bought tyres from HiQ Evesham for many years and have always had superb service. Thank you.

Couldn’t ask for better service. Fitted us in before our holiday. Fitted new tyres and swapped over some that had worn on the edge rather than charging for more tyres. Honesty goes a long way.

My experience at HIQ was very good i needed tyres and the service was great the people who work there were polite and very helpful

I was extremely impressed by the service I received. I initially visited for a tyre check which identified the need for 2 new tyres. When these were being fitted an issue with the tracking came to light. Tyres and tracking were sorted out smoothly and efficiently, hence the 5 star rating.

Lee was amazingly helpful when I pulled up without notice with a punctured tyre. He arranged delivery for the following day checking the rest of my car was safe without question or charge. Truly doing the right thing by customers which is so rare these days. Would highly recommend.

Great guys, the Manager pointed out a very loose driveshaft bolt on my Volvo, I can’t tell you how glad I was that he spotted it. He also rectified the problem immediately. 4 new Goodyear tyres were fitted and my exhaust was checked for leaks also and the service was brilliant. I’ve been using the Evesham branch for years and would highly recommend them.

Hi Q Evesham helped me out when my car developed a worrying steering wheel shake while visiting the area. They fitted me in straight away, balanced the wheels,checked the suspension, tyres and brakes while I waited. Thanks for excellent service at a very reasonable price.
