Fast and efficient

On HiQ's own website, I was given two options on the size of tyres for my van. I choose the wider one. I also requested a 4 wheel alignment because the van was pulling to the left. When I went to pick up the van, the guy in the office blamed me that I choose the wrong size of tyres (once again, their own website gave me the option I choose) because the van had narrower ones on the rear and two different sizes on the front. I asked him what difference it could possibly make what sizes the previous ones were. I ordered new ones according to their size chart. The guy couldn't give me a straight answer, he was mumbling something about how Mercedeses have different sizes of tyres on the rear and the front and that vans are supposed to have the same size..
Obviously, I've ordered the same sizes, so I couldn't make any sense out of what he was saying.
When I got home, I checked their website again, and I found out that the ones they fitted on my van were actually £3.99 cheaper than the ones I ordered, yet they charged me the same price. The van still pulls to the left. It's not as bad as it was before, though.
I don't understand why they wouldn't ask the customers' approval for any alterations to the original agreement.

Tyres are cheaper than other places. The guys putting the tyres on are knowledgeable and quick. All good.

What a service, rang them on Monday for a new tyre at 3.30pm. Booked for the next day at 4.45pm and then realised I needed the wheels balancing as well so they brought the time forward to 3.30pm to fit it it. All finished at 4.30pm with a text to say it was ready for collection. Every member of staff is pleasant and a joy to speak to, wish all businesses were as good as this one.

In and out in what must have been around 20 minutes for 2 tyres, only needed budget tyres but prices were best around.

Very quick service for tyre change, ordered a new tyre a few days prior which arrived to centre sameday, visited centre and was seen to immediately, tyre/alloy checked (as hit an extremely bad pothole) and replaced with the hour

Excellent service, as usual. Staff knew what was required as soon as I pulled in (from the booking details). 4 new tyres and tracking - done and back on the road in less than an hour. Clean and tidy waiting room.

Very speedy service, very friendly team, gave me some great advice about my caster camber issue that needs attention. Would’ve have given 5 stars but had to clean my tyres when I got home because some gunge or some kind of sealer had leaked out all over the sidewall of tyres. I wasn’t bothered by it but mentioning it to see if you can improve your process
