Again excellent and quick cure to my problem. I've been coming here for approx 4 years... totally reliable, excellent communication. Just brilliant.

I visited hi q in hasland last Nov/Dec as I had no heat or air on my AC unit in my nissan juke. They took this on, no worries. However after they'd changed the resistor they queried the current to the motor and I was advised to see an auto electrician which took him all of 5 mins to say, yes your motors knackered. I understood the sense in this but then when they'd ordered the motor and then said they couldn't fit it due to insufficient tools I wasn't to happy plus they left me with clicking clutch which hadn't been replaced fully and referred me to John autos on brim road where they fixed both the clutch and motor but left me with a untested car to drive which I nearly crashed. Neither of these are great and I'd avoid if I were you.

IQ Hasland, Chesterfield. My wife is the local dentist at Hasland Dental Practice in Chesterfield and all the patients rave about this place for quality service and its hard to fault. I had two tyres fitted £50.00 less / tyre than Kwik Fit. I left the car with them and they rang when complete - great service. I've used them before and would use them again.

Ordered tyre night before online. Fitted next day by young lad (sorry didn’t get your name) who was extremely knowledgeable.

Very professional and very good quality and service

Great experience. They had next day booking available and were super quick fitting the tyre. Gave good advice too on how I need to get the wheel angle adjusted. Friendly office staff and reasonable prices. All great! Many thanks

My car had an irritating sound from the front passengers side whenever I passed through bumps and my usual garage couldn’t find the problem. Thanks to HiQ auto care that spotted the problem a few minutes after test drive. Booked me in for a very closer appointment and replaced the shocks and Top mount. They also did a free battery check and found my battery life was also almost done and they changed it. Feels good driving my car in good condition. I would recommend HiQ 100%. Went there first time and got best treatment, from the polite lady at reception to all the team. Well done. I am a happy customer.

Bought the tyres on HiQ online in the morning, was given a slot in the afternoon for fitting. Called and spoke to a gentleman, requested to fit them asap. Had a call back around 1030 to say that the tyres had arrived and I could go any time. Got them fitted by 11 15
Got 2 Pirelli Scorpion Zero all season tyres, the best price online.
