HerRoom Vanity Fair Beyond Comfort Panties
HerRoom had the Vanity Fair Beyond Comfort Panties that I had being in of search. They shipped my order quickly and packaging material was secured. I plan to return for more purchases. I wasn't a fan of the bra; however, I believe if they had offered a larger size it would have been a keeper.

Orders are shipped to the address exactly as it’s entered at checkout. In this case, the order was placed with a residential address for both billing and shipping, so it was processed and delivered accordingly.
For situations like General Delivery, the shipping address needs to be entered in a specific format so the carrier can route the package to the post office for pickup rather than a home delivery.

Return and Shipping Problems
HerRoom is misleading about their shipping costs and timelines. I purchased something with an overnight delivery and it arrived two days later. Nothing in the page I ordered mentioned the timing of overnight deliveries and they wouldn't refund me the cost of the delivery.
I barely missed the return date for some other items I spent $300 on and they won't extend the return deadline for me. I've been a customer for 10 years at this point. Very disappointed.
