Chenise in the Cascades Portsmouth branch was amazing. We are going through a horrible time as a family due to a recent bereavement and Chenise was able to get us to Australia despite the no fly zones everywhere and just made it so much easier for us where so many others failed!

Very efficient and friendly service and knowledgeable, everything that we needed to book our flight.

Always makes it easy for me to choose a holiday (severely sight impaired) all needs met with choice of location.
Only problem is no Internet in store

We tried to change our seats but it was very complicated and the poor girl had to try so many different ways to do it but never gave up so got there in the end thank u Carly .Also when we booked the holiday the young lady was very helpful.so all round really pleased will return

We are always very satisfied with the service we get, we had to change hotel on this occasion and the team were fantastic, options offered and all changes made right away. It took the stress out of this last minute change and the team sorted out the issue right away.

Sam at the Portsmouth office was amazing, she took the time to talk to us and support us making the right decision for us, even after we left to discuss what we wanted she emailed with what we had just discussed and allow us time to think. She was there the following day for us to book. Excellent service and time, very person centred to us and not just trying to push the most expensive holiday for the short time.

Chenise helped me wonderfully to arrange my DisneyLand trip.
She told me 'what to' and 'what not to' expect expect there. She helped me with all my queries and printed all the information that I would need.
She gave me all the travel times aswell, so I'd like to very much praise her for her abilities.

I'd also like to include Jonathan's name as well for helping me complete the Disney Land Paris app prosscess as it was bothersome.
However we got through it never the less.
