Jonathan is so professional and more than happy to help us book our cruise. He is very knowledgeable about cabin locations and explained clearly that the locations can affect how noisy a cabin can be, the booking process was so easy to do and staff are always helpful and kind-we are seasoned cruisers but we still appreciated Jonathan's input and were very happy to have our 2028 holiday booked with Hays Travel

katrina made it easy to book ,she gave us all the information we required to make a choice on what type of holiday we wanted, thank you ,and well done.

Hays - never go anywhere else, This time, despite me bringing a complicated and tricky request to help set up a river cruise for 2027, Sam in the Portsmouth Branch pulled it out of the bag after a week from start to finish with my complications adding to the usual Travel Agent booking traffic.

Apart from getting what looks to be an amazing holiday booked. We managed to get all our party involved using multiple airports.Josie at the Portsmouth branch in commercial road gave us friendly and professional service thoughout our visit eveb when we changed the goal posts on how many were coming etc. Cant thank them enough. They even gave us some water to feed our baby,and of course saved us money.
