Trina, the travel consultant who handled my booking, has been fantastic. I first enquired about booking this cruise several months ago and she has kept me informed right up to and including yesterday's booking.
Trina is an excellent employee and Hayes should rightfully be very proud of her attitude and friendly professionalism.

I popped into ask about holidays , especially last minute as I tried to book a holiday in April but was booked in for 2 surgeries . I spoke to Chloe Read , the shop manager who id spoken to a few months before . She showed me some great deals and one was fantastic. The price was excellent and I also got a shop discount . They have emailed me to say tickets and boarding passes were ready and I even got a much better rate of exchange in lira from sterling from 2 companies on line and 4 business in Portsmouth . I got these rate as a hays travel customer . Chloe was absolutely amazing I was very happy to used Hays travel and will use them again most definitely
