You're representive was very knowlegible and helpful. Excellent service
We think her name was Karen.
She gave us lots of options as to where to stay.
However, as a company, we think you should vet the hotels you use. Alma Beach in Can Pastilla is not a four star hotel. In our opinion it's three at most.
